I can't agree more. A few times in my post op last 11 years I tried to do that. I could do that in year 2 and not having issues. And ...beside year 2, the other 2 times following SAD, eating like "a normie". I regained 25 lbs every time after just a few months of me being too busy to really pay close sttattent to my diet. I was still eating protein forward, but included grains, sampling desserts, and having an occasional glass of wine or a beer.
But I could do that in year 2 and part of year 3. I even lost additional 10 lbs below my goal, and I got too skinny (very low body fat %,)

I do hear what u r saying here & I believe it. Your advice is always very good content & I can tell you have researched a lot. I know that what you say is sound info to use.
