Hi everyone, how are you all? I am good. Went to a friends hockey playoff game last night and was up late and I am dragging my butt today but its Junior Friday so yay for that!

Accountability: I had a diet coke at the hockey arena. I hardly EVER drink pop/soda but I was craving it for some odd reason and it didn't taste good at all so I am bummed I wasted those calories to a crappy drink.

QOTD: With Summer on its way here how do you feel about air conditioning? I know for a lot of us the first 1-3 years we are frozen all the time, for me that wore off and I am back to being hot all the time. Nothing like I was pre surgery but I generally run hot. So for me I love air conditioning! In the house, in the car, at work, bring it on. I personally feel I would rather be cold and put on a sweater than be hot all the time and not have any clothes I can take off if I am already wearing the bare minimum.

TSS: 5yrs + 4mos

B: 2 over easy eggs & 3 slices of well done bacon

L: beef & bean burrito (take out)

S: deli roll ups (turkey breast/swiss/mustard)

D: grilled chicken cesear salad

S: homemade protein drink (vanilla protein powder/fairlife milk/banana)

V: patches are on + oral B12

E: 10km hike with the dogs and 5km run on the treadmill & upper body workout at the gym

L: 150oz at minimum

Smile today and give someone a random compliment!

Good morning Daisy! jr Friday and yay!! Long day ahead but at the end of it, I'll be home!

qotd - I like ac, even though I'm in the always cold phase, I still prefer cool air moving and will add a jacket if needed, lol.

I spilled a cup of coffee in my laptop yesterday and now the space bar, n and b keys won't work. I could probably get by without the n and b using synonyms but the space bar is really important. Hoping I can get a swap today.

menu - coffee and coffee

b - quark and a bit of ever roast chicken (no scale so no weight)

l - ever roast chicken

s - nuts

d - at airport with a coworker so tbd - maybe a caprese salad

Day 2, duo of burpees done

have a great day all

Happy Friday Eve Daisy and Menuers,

I've been reading and catching up with everyone's week. I have been busy and just haven't been able to get on here as I want. Currently sipping on coffee and thinking about my menu for the day. DH has a meeting about his upcoming trip to Vegas (work trip) so I will be on my own tonight.

QOTD: I like to be comfortable. That pretty much means warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The house, car, and camper all have air conditioning in use during the super hot and humid months. The thermostat isn't set as cold as it used to be.

TSS: 1 year and 1 month ~ weight 165

B: coffee and then a hardboiled egg with everything bagel spice

S: PP chocolate shake

L: 3-ounce hamburger with cheese and lettuce, tomato, and onion

S: 3 mini peppers with 2 laughing cow cheese wedges

D: 2 leftover chicken tenders with something on the side

S: cheese stick and hardboiled egg

100+ ounces of water or decaf hot tea

All vitamins

Exercise: 10,000 plus steps, planks and squats for the challenges I'm in.

Have a great day!

hi all

accountability was pretty good yesterday. cowoker brought me these beef chickpea patties to eat with chili's in them and they were soo good. so i cut one of my other foods out. i went to target after work and bought some yogurt, toothpaste and splenda because i was out.

QOTD: I live in north atlanta, so I love AC it gets quite hot here. Heat used to be unbearable but since i stay cold i enjoy the heat now.

Morning folks! Wow, it was really cold this morning. Glad that the train was on time so I didn't have to stand on the platform very long. Supposed to get up to 40-ish today though so I'd like to go outside for a lunchtime walk. I've done really hard workouts this week and think that I need a lower intensity day before a heavy lifting day tomorrow. I got a charlie horse in my left calf on Monday from doing too much weight on my calf raises. Still crampy and painful. Lots of fluids and stretching and wait for it to recover...argh!

QOTD: Last summer was my first summer in maintenance. I enjoyed the heat until the humidity hit here and then all I wanted to do was be in the A/C!

Menu:

B: 1 coffee, 1 herbal tea, scrambled eggs, ham!

S: ham

L: maybe a chicken salad from sweetgreen

S: Chomps, apple

D: steak? asparagus

E: 3 mile walk

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

Daisy, you said you were upset that you wasted calories on a diet coke, but a diet coke doesn't have any calories, does it?

QOTD: Wow, it's hard to even think about air conditioning right now with the weather so bitter cold, but yes, in the hot summer, I do like to have the AC on. But thankfully, since I lost weight, I don't overheat like I used to.

Accountability: This winter has been tough. My psychiatric doctor changed some of my meds and it has been making me want to eat a lot more, as well as wanting to eat due to the cold weather, being cooped up inside and lack of exercise. I'm sure hoping I can turn things around once Spring gets here.

B: 3 strips bacon, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana brownie

L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning! Woke up to another 3-4 inches of snow and still falling, and schools are closed, which means a work at home day for me. I'm a bit bummed as we were supposed to have a team outing at Dave and Busters today which sounded like fun. I hope we reschedule.

Qotd: I like AC, but last year noticed we didn't set it nearly as cold as normal. We used to have it around 68, and now we set it around 74

breakfast: Greek L&F first, and coffee brewing

lunch: leftover meatballs in marinara

dinner: I might throw something in the crock pot, but I'm not sure what we have yet. Probably something with chicken?
