Good morning. It's currently spitting snow and windy. Hoping this is the last of it. It is supposed to warm up this weekend.
I have decided that I want to have a tummy tuck this December. I chose December since my work closes down for 2 weeks for the holiday. I was trying on clothes the weekend at JC Penny and there is nothing like a full-length mirror in a dressing room to humble you. I feel like I have come so far, but being obese for so many years has taken a toll. I am feeling very focused and strong with my diet and exercise. I kept going back and forth on the TT. I have 2 kids in college and my goal is to get them through debt free. I felt like it was kind of selfish of me to spend money on a TT. My husband and I had a talk about it. He reminded me that I have worked hard and I am worth it!
QOTD- I drink 2 cups of black coffee in the morning, 1 with Miralax. My goal is 120 ounces a day. I have a 40-ounce hydro flask that I fill 3 times. I also make my version of Starbucks shaken ice tea. I take 6 bags of Tazo passion tea put it in a pitcher, let it seep. I add lemon juice and 4 packets of stevia. I serve it over ice. So good and refreshing.
Food for today-
2 eggs scrambled, 3 ounces black forrest ham, 1 T. ketchup, 1/8 c. sharp cheddar
4 ounces shredded chicken breast, 1 c. lettuce, salsa, 1 T sour cream
