I hate burpees! But they are a good workout. I'm not sure I could make myself do them on my own. My trainer used to make me do them.

Gotta say that I too hate burpees but as a challenge it might be fun. I'm assuming you're going to do it? Any suggestions on how to keep up with which day it is. After 20 or so, I'll completely forget how many to do...

Also decided to try and see if I could do a pull-up. Problem is that I'm short and can't actually reach any of the pull-up bars! Now I've gotta figure out how to get up there!

I bet you can do the pull-up based on your strength to size ratio and that you can do dips.

My trainer has a dip tower but no pull up bar. Thinking that I may need to install one in my home gym. Any thoughts on one that would work and not fall down when I was working on it! I'm just too short to reach most of the usual ones...

I am going to get the the P-3 model from Roguefitness.com and mount it on the ceiling joists in my garage if our weather ever warms up.

G'morning Daisy & all!

Torrential rain here which will make driving and just getting out of the house interesting. Yesterday afternoon I was able to squeak a walk with Luna before the rain started. We got some rain on the way back but it wasn't bad. I had a pair of black leggings, rain boots and a red rain jacket on. Before I left the house I kinda looked at myself in the mirror and for the FIRST time since I've lost the weight I thought "I look cute"! I am my biggest critic and yesterday I didn't find anything to criticize. That's a huge NSV for me, I am finally accepting myself.

QOTD: I shoot for 100 oz, whi*****lude two huge mugs of diluted coffee (total of 40 oz). I have a 32oz water bottle that I refill twice and add crystal light to it. I might have a third or fourth coffee in the afternoon but it's usually decaf. After I'm at 100oz I stop counting.

B: protein coffee

L: left over chicken fajita

S: found a new snack cheese - Asiago. It comes in the same cube shape as my parm cheese. Yum!

D: TBD, protein forward.

Lunch and dinner might switch depending if DS will honor me with his presence for a lunch date.
