What is on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?

The weekend is here! Hi all, how are you? I am great. What do you all have planned for the weekend? I have a busy weekend ahead, tonight going out clothes shopping with hubby, he needs some new work outfits, tomorrow we are going to look at a carpet/flooring place, Sat night we are going over to a friends house, she is from Nice, France and is serving "Raclette." Sunday our Real Estate agent is coming over to assess our house and advise what we need to do, if anything to put it up for sale.
Accountability: all good on the food front but I didn't make my liquids goal so I need to push more today
QOTD: What do you have on your bed for pillows & blankets? I have a king size firm pillow, its synthetic as I am allergic to down. Our master bedroom is over our garage and tends to be really cold this time of year so we have a top sheet, two comforters & a top chenille blanket. I love the weight of many blankets and have one of those "weighted" blankets on my birthday wish list.
TSS: 5yrs, 3mos
B: 2 egg & cheese omelette with salsa

S: oven roasted turkey breast, swiss cheese & spicy mustard
Totals: 917 calories, 121 protein, 29 carbs, 36 fat, 16 sugar
V: PatchMD patches are on + oral B12
E: 10km hike in the snow with the dogs
L: 150oz, need to make sure I get this all in today
Have an amazing weekend everyone, see you back here on Monday!
Here is my photo Friday pic: This is my daily vitamin regime. I use three of the PatchMD vitamin patches, Iron Plus, Mulit Plus, Vitamin D3/Calcium and Oral B12 sublingual tablets that I get from Costco. I love the ease of use with the patches, I put them on daily and take them off when I get into bed. I have labs drawn every 3 months and my levels are all excellent, so they work for me!

10+ years post op, living & loving life!
Morning Daisy and all! It's snowing and sleeting here. Started last night and supposed to stop in a few more hours. Thankfully, I am working from home today so I don't need to go out until this afternoon to take DW to an appointment. I will settle in with my coffee and cats and try to get some work done!
Daisy, you mentioned that you are planning to sell your house. Are you moving far or just changing scenery? Do you have something in mind already? I also wanted to chime in that I take basically the same vitamins that you do, the 3 patches and a sublingual B12 3 times a week (daily was too much for me). I also take Vitamin K & Zinc to help with calcium absorption. I too like the ease of the patches.
QOTD: My big bed item is a wedge "pillow" that I've had since surgery. I got it initially to keep me propped up when I sleep and have kept it because it makes lounging in bed more comfortable. Unfortunately if I sleep on my side with it, it gives me a crick in my neck so I slide down to the bottom of the bed to lay more flat...argh! I also have 2 king firm pillows and the heaviest pseudo-down blanket that Ikea sells. It has a bright yellow cover and makes me very happy! The other oddity in our bed is that DW & I have separate blankets. We both tend to sleep cocooned in our blankets and after a few years together of fighting for ownership of 1 blanket, we resorted to each having our own. The other issue is that since surgery I need a heavy blanket and DW needs a light blanket.
Menu:
B: only coffee thus far. I'll get some deli ham soon and a HB egg.
S: smoked salmon
L: TJ's chicken sausages, baby carrots OR we may order fish tacos...yum!
S: Chomps, apple
D: TJ's chicken sausages or Lactaid cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup blackberries
Exercise: because of the snow, I'm doing a cyber session with my trainer
Edited to add pics:
First is me on Wednesday at my 2 year appointment.

Happy Fri-Yay!
It snowed a little and of course, county schools are closed. Ugh. I hate snow make-up days in June. Oh well, can't do a thing about it so, I will hopefully get my hair done (calling for an appointment as soon as the shop opens), make a trip to the market and clean/organize more of the garage (DH is home as well). I wanted to go mall walk but DH decided he was tired and went back to bed. I guess I will treadmill walk. Tomorrow we are having WLS friends over for dinner (the second couple my surgeon did) it's weird how we connected and became friends! Sunday I have a baby shower and then prepping for the week.
Accountability: rather good! Much less snacking a lot more drinking of hot decaf tea and water.
QOTD: I have three pillows and a thick comforter. DH needs the electric blanket along with the comforter and a knit blanket when he sleeps but that makes me too hot.
TSS: 1 year and 2-months/weight 163
B: In the process of making a ham and swiss quiche
L: cheeseburger salad
D: sausage with peppers and onions

The first picture is the view out of my sunroom overlooking my garden. I can't wait to get my hands in the dirt but this weather...
The second picture is something I keep on my desktop as a gentle reminder.
