9.5 years post op.
Question #1 (Q1):
How do you handle snacking?
I used to set timers on my phone about when to eat, snack, drink, vitamins, etc. It was a life saver to get me into a good routine and keep me honest. I don't need to do it anymore (well, maybe I should remind myself to drink more often...) but honestly, I am so busy at work that snacking is the least of my problems.
Question #2 (Q2):
How do I know what my final goal weight should be?
I just played around with the BMI calculators and looked to my past weights and set a random number, however, I was never too worried about the number itself, more about how I felt in my body. I got to that number and although I never thought I was "too thin" I was literally wearing children's clothing (I am 4'11"), and I didn't like it. Gaining 5lbs over my original goal weight kept in in a SM Petite and that was where I was happiest.
