Congrats on your successful six month appt! I agree with your bariatrician to keep losing. Not saying you will have "bounce back" but it never hurts to have a cushion right?

I agree that your chipped teeth are just bad luck, I don't think in six months your calcium has dropped to the point of weak teeth. Its entirely possible your calcium was low pre surgery and you were going to get chipped teeth regardless.

Yahoo on the 3 pulls ups!!! I am always amazing when I see people at the gym doing non assisted pull ups! Keep up the great work, you will be at 10 pulls ups in no time!

G'morning Daisy & Menu family!

Jr Friday love that expression!

Daisy - there is a frozen yogurt in my area called yogurtland. You make your own cup. They have the cinnamon churro flavor. Their flavors come and go, but I vividly remember the cinnamon churro one during summer.

Busy work day here. Leaving for a three day retreat tomorrow morning. It's in Big Sur and I'm freaking out because of rain. All the pre planned activities are outside, tons of hiking. What am I gonna do with this group if they are all cooped up? We have scheduled tons of massages but again how many massages can you get in three days? I hope the views will distract them enough. Wish me luck, I might have 32 cranky people on my hands for three days.

QOTD: aaaaah, icecream, my kryptonite. I think all the flavors I'm interested in are already created. Coffee and caramel. YUM!! Weird fantasy I have that if I get a death sentence, like dr tells me I have incurable cancer, I go directly to supermarket, buy all the icecream I can and just eat it all until I die. I know I'll dump but at that point who cares? I know, it's a very addictive fantasy, like an alcoholic, but icecream is my alcohol/drug.

Accountability: calories were higher than planned but it was all protein. There were a couple of unplanned sausage links (dry) and an extra hb egg.

B: protein coffee

B2: eggwich

L: chicken skewers

S: yogurt

D: meatballs

Happy jr Friday, everyone.

I hope the rain stays away...but bring board games and coloring books just in case. Amazing how adults can have a blast with "kid stuff" when forced to.

(Also, I'd be good with 3-6 massages in 3 days, lol).

Good luck!!

As a back up, just in case, I have booked a cooking competition. They divide them into men vs women's team and they cook a four course meal. That will take at least half a day.

There are also a couple of little museums in the area that if it's raining I can bus the group. And there are always yoga classes on site.

The whole purpose of Big Sur was to enjoy the nature and do tons of hiking, but I'll roll with the punches. I can't complain about the venue, they are going out of their way to keep the group happy if it's raining.

I love the idea of frozen yogurt in a cinnamon churro flavour, I might need to make my way down to Cali this summer for some LOL LOL LOL

I hope your retreat is amazing, rain or no rain. And if you get rain then maybe you can YouTube some "team building" exercises that can be done indoors. Looking forward to pics of Big Sur!

Good morning~ Thankful it's getting lighter earlier these days as my commute is no longer in the dark! Yesterday I had interviews for a promotion in my unit. The ones who did not get the job where incredibly gracious and supportive of the one who did. They all seemed genuinely happy with the outcome and not gonna lie, I'm extremely proud. I'm hoping to be about done with project that is due tomorrow and have a nice relaxing Friday. The weekend will be nice doing more house stuff and celebrating the anniversary of the day Rob and I met (3/3) at the place we met, can't wait!

QOTD - Ben and Jerry, my true loves.... I would combine my most favorite Ben and Jerry's flavors together for the ultimate flavor combo! Chocolate ice cream, chocolate chunks, heath bar, graham cracker swirl and chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels! OMG, drool!

Accountability - pork rinds snack after work. I tried to stay busy doing things around the house and wait until dinner, but Rob has been working later than usual so we have been eating later. I think that is what is messing me up... I'm just going to plan for it and see how it goes tonight

2 years 3 months - 171.7

b- coffee x 3, L&F Greek yogurt, smoked almonds

l- albacore tuna with mayo, celery and SF sweet pickle chips

after work snack - hot pork rinds and yogurt ranch dip

d-chicken tenders and salad

v/l on track

Have a great day!
