What is on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?

Once in a blue moon I see them in the stores, but I usually end up buying online at Walmart (out of stock currently) or Netrition.com. They have a big selection of low carb and sugar free stuff like every flavor of the SF syrups - ever made, protein chips and bars...kinda cool.

My son took ASL instead of traditional foreign languages in high school. It is offered at our community college. He loved it. I tried learning along with him but totally bombed. He had to do 2 semesters to fulfill the 4 year language requirement for college. I wish he continued but he did it just to get out of Spanish or French.

Good afternoon,
Sorry I've been missing, Misty ate my power cord to my iPad and phone. I had to order a new cord for my iPad and it came yesterday. My phone I can't logged into here from it even though I put in the correct password, it always says error.
Had counseling session this morning. It was really good. I went to the doctor on Friday, ever since I fell at work two weeks ago, my wrist kept getting worse then it started going down my thumb, I had it checked out but it wasn't broken. I can't wear the brace at work so I'm only wearing when I'm not there. It would be hard to do my job and I can't afford to be off. It's probably going to take longer to heal.
Qotd only know English
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and two Girl Scout cookies, peanut butter patty
D ribs and vegetable
Have a good day
Good afternoon! It's been a while. I fell off the face of the earth for a while, but I landed. The year 2 post-op appointment came and went, and all went great. I'm having no issues, below goal, maintaining nicely and quite content overall. The numbers and stuff doctors care about is just marvelous. The clinic is very happy with my weight and so on. Cruising, they called it.
Menu: protein bar/coffee breakfast with a small granny Smith apple.
Today I had a protein shake for a morning snack and a bar this afternoon if I need it. I don't usually go full-processed like this, I just had a crazy morning with the kids. My shakes are at work for emergencies, so today is one.
Lunch was chicken soup though, so it's not all processed.
Vitamins and water aren't an issue, they'll all be in.
I've missed the bunch in here, so it's nice to be back. :)
Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.
