What is on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?

Hi menu mates! How is everyone? I ended up with a nasty migraine yesterday afternoon and so I need to get caught up on all your posts from yesterday and the questions you want me to ask the Vets. You guys are awesome and came up with some great questions. I will do a separate post with "Vet Questions."
Accountability: fine, when I get nasty migraines I don't eat much. Unfortunately I don't drink much either so I was low in fluids as well yesterday and need to power drink liquids today!
QOTD: Are you looking forward to Summer this year? If yes why? If no why? Me personally no. Our summers have become very rainy (and I hate rain) and extremely humid & hot. I hate/despise/loathe humidity. And the more rain and humid it gets the more migraines I get. UGH. I do love the sun, don't get me wrong, if I could have the summers of my youth (lots of sun, very little rain and low to no humidity) then I would love summer, but global warming is changing it a lot here, and summers are just a nasty hot humid rainy few months.

10+ years post op, living & loving life!
Yesterday was a l-o-n-g Monday. I was just so tired. I am feeling a little more energized this morning.
Accountability: snacking - I am out of control. I am reading and setting a goal to focus on mindful eating. It truly is a process and I am on that learning curve somewhere. It goes back to my question, 'What is my why?' My goal is to log every morsel that passes my lips - including weighing and measuring again. How quickly I fell out of that habit.
QOTD: I love summer. I love the hot humid weather. I love being outside. I have a huge garden that keeps me busy for hours every day. I have flower beds and flower pots hanging that constantly need attention. I love my backyard in the summer because it is so peaceful and of course, I love to lounge in the pool all afternoon after I have taken care of my chores in the morning. I love summer and I can't wait for it to get here!
TSS: 1 year and 2 months/weight 163
B: overnight oats (I had this yesterday and I just wasn't satisfied but I made two so I can't waste it)
L: 3 ounces of BH roast beef in au jus gravy with a slice of provolone cheese
D: DH requested a salad or a tuna wrap
Planned snacks: PP chocolate shake, 1/2 C blackberries, and a clementine
120+ liquids and all vitamins
I did not go to the gym last night but I do have intentions of walking on the treadmill (Peach has motivated me to try running again) and complete my planks and squats for the squat challenge I joined.

Good Morning. Feel better today Daisy and get those fluids in!
I see a lot of people use vanilla Premier protein in their coffee which I have tried and don't like. What I did discover I like is a chai latte made with vanilla Premier.
QOTD: I always look forward to summer

chai latte made with vanilla protein powder is a great idea! I never thought of that. I'd thought about doing some kind of chai latte that was "safe" - but whole or 2% milk would have been too many calories - and unsweetened cashew or almond milk wouldn't have been the same - not creamy enough. I'll try it with vanilla protein powder - excellent idea!
I don't like the vanilla pp but I LOVE the caramel one. So yum in coffee.

Morning. I got myself a new Smar****ch yesterday. I had a Series 1 Apple Watch for the last 2 1/2 years and it was time to find something else. I wanted better activity/run tracking and went with a Garmin Vivoactive 3. I'm not sold on loving it yet as there seem to be some things that make it less than seamless with my iPhone. I got one that has a 30-day return policy, so I will give a shot for a couple days and see if I can adjust. If not, then I'll return it and plan on spending $400 on a new Apple Watch.
QOTD: I love summer. Even in hot and humid N.C. Give me all the heat! I'm so ready for winter to be over, and it's not even real winter here. Plus, we are building a house that will be done May/June time frame and we have that to look forward to. I also think that we'll have family visiting in July.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x2
- Eggs & Cheese in a low-carb wrap
- Salad w/ Pepperoni and Cheese
- Lettuce Wrap Burger w/ Sweet Potato
- Protein Bar, Nuts, Apple w/ PB - I rarely eat all my snack options, but it's what I'd choose from
