thanks! haha---I've been told this before.
Fashion has always been a passion of mine, so I tend to get creative with style. My friends used to call me the style icon when we would go out in our 20's. it's definitely a lot more fun now that I can fit into most of the clothes I've always wanted to wear!

Good Morning! I missed keeping up with everyone end of last week but I got some appts squared away and got a mental break. I am still adjusting to the new schedule I have. Although my hours are roughly the same I now have employees already at work when I start my day so there is no acclimating to the day and things "settle" down at different times so I am trying to learn to be more flexible on when I can log in and post. Honestly, when it's several hours later than it used to be sometimes it's hard to read through the thread first thing so I adjusting to doing it throughout the day.
Accountability: Granola bars, protein bars and lowcarb pitas with PB were added over the weekend.
QOTD: How do you navigate the head stuff?

We missed you too! Settling into a new work routine is hard, isn't it? Even when you are ready and excited for it, it's still hard.

Hi! Rny'ers!! I'm off today- heading home from sunny Orlando. Our flight is @5ish and we're just killing time at the moment. I'm feeling a little happy cause I'm partaking in some pre-flight happy hour spirits :-)
My weekend was AWESOME! Finished my 1st 1/2 marathon in 2:42 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. The weather was glorious (but humid) but at least it's not snow!
Qotd: I would ask the vets if you ever lose the fear of regain? Or do you gradually accept a 5# gain here or there? And if you do- how do you know when you're on a slippery slope.
No weight- no scale, 3.9 years out
m1: hotel breakfast- egg omelette, bacon two slices, hard boiled egg and oatmeal
m2: 1/2 of tuna shorti (Wawa).
m3-4: ?? On the road so no idea

I'm feeling good. I really felt the treadmill this morning, but I was determined to get it out of the way so I can take tomorrow morning off. My thighs and calves feel SUPER tight. I'm going to use my foam roller when I get home.
My back though- oy. I look like a slave that was whipped. My cute crisscross strappy sports bra chaffed me something awful. I'd tried it out on a practice run- but not long enough apparently. Then today, despite my pants being loose I chaffed at the waist line on my back. And I have a bold runners tan. My sneakers smell awful from being sweat through- I'm glad I wore my older pair.
But nothing has me deterred from wanting to do another 1/2. I'll just be selective about how crowded it may be.
