Hi everyone, how are you all? Its Friday and the weekend is here! What are you all doing this weekend? I am having breakfast with a girlfriend tomorrow and dinner out on Saturday night with my MIL. Its a lot of eating out so I will need to keep it protein forward!
Accountability: there was some cookies in the evening, gotta reign in my evening snacking!
QOTD: Sweet or savoury? What is your weakness? Do you want chocolate or chips? Pastries or Pad Thai? Me its sweet. I crave sugar all day every day. If I let myself I would eat chocolate at every meal. I struggle daily to not give in to my cravings and the farther out from surgery I am the more I want to push my limits and just give in to the cravings. For me personally I have to stay away from what I crave. I can't just have a bite, or a "half" of something. I have zero self control so if I let myself have a slice of cake it leads me to eating the whole cake. Ugh. The struggle is real.

Happy Fri-YAY!
We are heading to Pennsylvania after school to stay with friends for the weekend. Tomorrow we are going to an RV show and I have no idea about the rest of the weekend.
Accountability: I wasn't feeling well last night and went to bed at 7:20. The perfect cure for my evening snacking issue. I also didn't get to 120 ounces or 10,000 steps but my body needed to go to sleep. I feel better this morning.
QOTD: sweet. I have found that I don't dump from sugar but 'sugar-free' makes me super sick. I have to keep it out of the house and avoid it at school.

Salad looks amazing Daisy!!
My plan is to get through my work this day and go to the gym. Then tomm and sunday are kind of up in the air. DH is actually off work so I would like to of course spend as much time as possible with him since we feel like two ships passing and the only time we see each other is when we are going to sleep. So my plan is to work out sat and sunday. I'm also needing the carton of egg whites from sam's so prob need to do that at some time. Oh and Bell our new pup starts puppy training sunday for the next 6 weeks so there is that.
Food for today:
coffee
water
coffee
water
egg/cauli/chicken sausage loaf
cheese chicken cutlet from target
not sure on dinner later
QOTD: sweet for sure!! but I'm discerning... I like chocolate, marshmallows, peanut butter, only very good cakes, cookies etc

I hope you get to spend some time with DH, working opposite shifts must be so hard.
Yay for puppy training, hope Bell does well!
mmmmmmmm Marshmallows, that's a food group to me! I can't even eat one because I love them too much!

Good morning everyone, happy Friday! I am up way to early this morning. They are forecasting possible snow for this next Monday and Tuesday. I really hope they are wrong! I am so over it and shoveling.
Daisy, that salad looks amazing!
QOTD- Cheese is my weakness, salty olives, dolmas! I find that cheese is a slippery slope for me. It is far too easy to eat a few slices and then I have just consumed 300 extra calories, so I just don't buy it.
Accountability- Yesterday was good until dinner. I resisted all the temptations all day and then I blew it at dinner. I had two small slices of pizza. I don't even know why I did it! I had chicken in the fridge that I was going to eat and I had picked up pizza for the family. Today is a new day.
Food for today=
Protein pancakes with WF syrup
1 c. cottage cheese
Tuna with WF poppyseed dressing
5 oz shredded chicken breast with salsa
just 2 yogurt
Lots of water and hot tea
Hoping for a walk with Josie
Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese. Now all I'm thinking about is cheese!
