LOL at the wiping their own butt comment, that is exactly what I said to Joddie as we were watching. The enabling also made me think about addiction, most care givers/parents are in denial and want the noise to go away I think, so the easiest solution is to give what they want, not right.....but happens too frequently.

The exact reason I don'****ch the show anymore. Enabling behaviors. It's so sad it makes me angry.

OMG elaborate?! LOL! I love you for saying that! Lunch is opening two cans of tuna and mixing them up with stuff - I always keep hard-boiled eggs ready and available in the fridge, so Kris will have that in addition. Then dinner is me popping a potato in the oven for him, and having him grill salmon and chicken sausage...while I pop a can of crab into a casserole dish with mayo and Old Bay and put that in the oven too. Easy!

Easy for you! Jeez, just reading that "popping in the oven" sounds complicated to me. DH always makes fun of me that he married the only italian woman in the world who doesn't like cooking. Baking is different, but I hate cooking.

OMG hilarious...yes, I feel like Italian women are all stirring a pot of homemade sauce on the oven all day ;) (total stereotype)

I got a notification on that app Hopper that flights from DC to Rome in July are $785 roundtrip! We may be able to pull off a family trip and bring the kids. Though the thought of being in Europe in August when the entire continent is on vacation is slightly horrifying...

Sauce is an exception. I do make sauce from scratch and according to my kids nobody can make sauce like their mama! Even though DD was in Italy for the last semester she said nobody tops my sauce! So that I can do! ;)

Great price! Grab it while you can. Although check the museums opening days because even those close in August. Big cities are dead and left to tourists in August.

Oooh homemade sauce sounds heavenly. I always tell my mom that she's the best cook and she just says, "Eh, you're just used to my cooking" lol!

I am tempted to grab it, but I am a total points ***** and I have zero affiliations with Alitalia whereas if I fly United or American, I can make gold status again. I am going to sit on it until I get my bonus in a few weeks...that will help me decide!

Yep, you're right...they are part of Delta. Which I never ever ever fly out of DC. When I lived in Detroit it was the only airline ever available (it's a hub) but here, not so much. I will figure something out! Oooh Italy will be so fun! I have to figure out which cities we will visit!
