I had a Pontiac Vibe , 5 spd ...I loved that car. What a handy vehicle, the seats would fold flat with a hard plastic backing for hauling things...and it was sporty...Great memories....

Such a fun drive but functional too. My niece and nephew nicknamed it zoom-zoom (all the cars at my sisters have names).

QOTD- I drive a 2010 Prius, I bought it when gas prices were so high and I was driving a lot for work. It gets amazing mileage but I miss my Mustang. It's too much of an old lady car, and I have contemplated buying the Prius Prime plug-in mostly for the tax credit. But I am so spoiled not having a car payment. Last year I also bought a 1997 Ford F150 4WD truck and I love it! My commute is only 3 miles, but I need to drive for work at times. I would love to be able to walk or bike in the summer time, but I never know when I need to go out in the field. I am a car nut too, I love muscle cars and classic cars. My ultimate car would be a 1957 T-bird convertible with the porthole windows. But I also like the creature comforts, I would love to have heated seats and all the bells and whistles. What I really want is a Dodge Challenger or Mustang that gets Prius gas mileage. I know it will never happen, but I want a hybrid that actually looks good and has some get up and go!
Trying to get back on track, and struggling.
Happy Hump Day everyone!

Good afternoon,
I had a counseling session this morning. It went good. She gave me some homework to do for next time.
Its hard without coffee. I finally broke down and had one cup to help me not to feel so tired. So far my stomach isn't rebellion yet. Yesterday it hurt all afternoon.
I had a late breakfast yesterday so I was going to eat my lunch when I got home from work but my friend texted me to meet for Chinese. So I had sesame chicken twice, egg roll and egg drop soup.
Qotd I drive a 2004 Buick lasabre that my brother gave me for Christmas last year. I love it. So if I was going to purchase a newer one it might be that.

Have you tried cold brew coffee? It seems to have less acid so you might be able to make some and have coffee but not have the stomach pain.
In a glass jar/bottle, take one cup of coffee grounds and 3 cups of water, combine in bottle and give a stir so that all grounds are wet. Let sit 12-18-24 hours (it's really forgiving); drain the liquid from the grounds and then refrigerate the liquid. You can mix that with ho****er for hot coffee or cold water for iced coffee; I tend to do a 50/50 mix. It's pretty smooth and tasty and the liquid will keep in the fridge for a few days.

Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't been around much. Work continues to be crazy busy and on top of it, now I'm prepping for our biannual licensing. Fun is!!
QOTD: I drive a 2008 white Toyota Tacoma double cab. It's a great truck. The only repair that I've needed was the heater fan wire needed replacing. This truck doesn't owe me a penny but I hate the color white and I don't like small trucks. I'm hoping to get a full size Toyota Tundra within the next year. Now, I'm sure karma is going to kick me in the ass for talking bad about my truck! LOL!
