Optifast

Hi Everyone,

I am diabetic Type 2 and need to lose weight, I am supposed to take Optifast packages. Can anyone help me and let me know where I can buy Optifast? I need 2 weeks supply of soup and shake. I need to lose weight and am willing oto do what it takes to lose it.

If anyne has any to sell or give away I would appreciate it.

I am desperately trying to reverse my diabetes.

Can I see the doctor? Perhaps he can help me?

I'm sorry Optifast wasn't my cup of tea. Google optifast, you should be able to find sources. If you can, do Premier Protein shakes they taste better. Use Better than Bouillion with a protein powder like Genepro or bone broth.

Are you on a pre-surgery diet? I'm not sure if you're in the USA, but my surgeon's office was where I got my Optifast.

Honestly-if you are under a doctor or a surgeon's care and are in the U.S., they should be providing you with the products ( even though you'd have to pay for them ) or at least be telling you where you can find them. I don't know how the process would work for another country, sorry.

If you can't find or afford the Opti ( I know it's super pricy-a month of it was $400 USD for me years ago ), talk to your surgeon and see about alternatives that are easier on the wallet or more readily available to you.

I hope you can find a solution.
