What's on your Photo Friday Menu?
Wow! That is QUITE the surprise party - enjoy!
PS. great pictures. You look so happy (in all of them). Obviously it's a huge transformation, but your smile is just the same in both and I love that!

Good morning menu friends! Thanks for starting us off Beth. This weather is driving me insane. Yesterday when I walked at 6 it was 45 today it was 17. I left Lily at home when I did my 4 miles--she tries to walk too fast and ends up limping again. I will do my 1.2 miles with her this afternoon and possibly a walk around the block too to keep her limbered up. QOTD no special weekend plans just housework and church on Sunday. Accountability yesterday was good with steps done and no extra bites. Weight today 125. Heres the food for today B2/3 c earnest eats pro hot cereal L 3/4 c cheesy broccoli soup D 4 oz ribs S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Goal today is over 100 ounces fluids--only got to 98 yesterday. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone!
Good morning everyone! Today is my one-year surgiversary! I'm not where I want to be yet, and my progress has slowed down over the last few months, but I am proud of how far I've come over the year! I don't feel like my eating is off course, but I haven't been as active as I was before the cold winter set in. As a surgiversary gift to myself I'm going to buy a bicycle!
theres snow all this weekend and again next weekend, so the bicycle will likely wait until closer to warm weather.
Qotd: my bestie from my hometown is in town this weekend while her boyfriend is in the hospital, and she'll be crashing on my couch tonight and tomorrow night, but spending her days at the hospital with him. Tomorrow DH and I are going to see the Rebel Wilson movie Isn't It Romantic. Looks funny!
menu: eggs and coffee
lunch: on today's lunch menu is roasted chicken and asparagus
dinner: up in the air as I don't know when she's coming, so trying to decide what to make and for how many. She will likely want to go out but I'm trying to steer away from that in favor of a healthier meal at home.
For my pic ideally I'd have my one year before and after, but I haven't taken it yet, so here is the hyacinth DH gave me yesterday for Valentine's. Does anyone know if I can plant the bulb outside after the flower dies? It will be a while before I'm able to work the ground.
