Good afternoon,

I slept till 10 am today till my friend interrupted it. After she left, I played with Misty. Her teeth must be really sharp. She left marks on my arm and hand.

Accountability really bad day, candy, donut and went out for dinner.

Qotd I think it's overrated but maybe if I had someone in my life, it might be different. My work did a secret valentine this week so I been getting gifts since Monday and today I find out who it is because I don't have a clue.

This is what's planned since I haven't ate yet. Might not get everything in.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D bbq ribs and green beans

Posting late after food pantry today to be accountable. Lily is still limping a bit so my 4 miles was done solo again this morning. She is a bit better than yesterday though and we'll do our 1.2 miles this afternoon like we did yesterday. Accountability was spot on yesterday and weight is 125 today. QOTD don't really celebrate Valentine's day we try to be nice to each other all the time. Heres my planned food for today B 2/3 c earnest eats pro hot cereal L 2 sm slices chicken and 1 slice provolone cheese 1 peanut butter cracker D 4 oz green onionbrat burger S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Hi everyone,

It's been a crazy couple of weeks with work. Yesterday I started at 5am and finished last night at 10pm. Today I started at 6am and just finished for the day I'm still on call.

QOTD: We don't do anything special. I did buy my wife 2 dozen long stem roses and chocolate truffles. I'm glad those truffles aren't a trigger for me!

B: 4oz homemade italian turkey sausage

L: 3 1/2oz turkey breast, 1/2 orange

S: 2oz turkey breast

D:4 1/2oz grilled pork chop, 1/2C broccoli rabe, 1/4C black beans

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:692, Carbs:20, Protein:103
