What's on your Wednesday Menu RNY'ers?
That is really cool! I have always loved science, especially biology and anatomy (and i love drawing people) so it was awe insporing to me on both a scientific level as well as the artistry of the process and display. So awesome.

you must have gone to Roosevelt University (??). I love, love, love Chicago. I'll be back down there in late March for phase 2 of my plastic surgery. We go down there several times a year, though. It's an easy weekend trip, plus I have a few cousins who live down there (one in the loop - the rest in the western 'burbs). Although sometimes we just don't tell anyone we'll be there and just go and bum around for the weekend!
I went to the American Academy of Art which is almost directly accross the street...a little kitty corner. But they used to have the entrance fee to the Art institute as a "suggested donation" so i didnt have to pay every time i went lol...this was over 20 years ago of course.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily had to stay home when I did my long walk this morning because she fell going up her steps to the bed and twisted her leg. She will put weight on it but is really hobbling. It's probably a sprain so I gave her a coated aspirin with her vet's permission. She pouted when I left alone but is now snoring next to me. It doesn't take much for her to forgive you. Accountability good yesterday with food and steps and weight at 125. QOTD my diabetes, joint and back pain, high cholesterol and triglycerides are totally gone. My blood pressure which was skyhigh on 3 pills is now normal on one low dose pill. My RA pain is much much better with less weight on my joints too. I'm thankful every day for my surgery! Heres food for today B2/3 c earnest eats pro cereal L slice of chicken and 1 slice provolone cheese D 4 oz smoked sausage few bites leftover green beans S jerky or string cheese. Goal is 120 ounces fluids since I only got 100 yesterday. Off to start the coffee so have a great day of amazing choices everyone!
Oh no! Poor Lily! Give her lots of kisses from me and I hope she heals quickly.
