What's on your menu (Tuesday), RNYers?

It's true!! I'm seriously crazy about packing and organizing. So crazy that I want to re-pack all the boxes Rob has packed!! But I don't want to hurt his feelings so I'm going to save that for therapy!

I am feeling like I might adjust up a few degrees...and then see what the bill looks like. I like to bundle up but I might be going to an extreme, lol.

Good morning,
We had a wintery mix of freezing rain and snow last night. It took me 50 minutes to go about 5 miles this morning. I made it there and home.
Im feeling better this morning. When I sat up from my nap yesterday, the cat came and laid by my pillow and went to sleep like it was hard work keeping an eye on her mama.
Qotd I usually have it set at 74 but the other day I turned it up to 76. I don't like being cold.
Had a single serve size bottle of chocolate milk, I was just a little over my allowed calories.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D bbq ribs and green beans
Have a good day

Thanks for starting us off, Jen. I'm sorry you were ill! Dumping sounds like a very harsh taskmaster - the Aunt Lydia of the RnY crowd! I hope you are feeling completely better. I suspect my violent reaction on Christmas Eve to champagne, almonds, and cheese was also dumping - I had had a small amount of champagne before without trouble, but not as much. I was absolutely beastly ill. But I actually prefer to be one of those who dump, since I'm certain that ice cream alone added 75 pounds to my frame as a pre-op. i regard all sugary things as a slippery slope for me, truly best avoided.
Today is my 20-month surgiversary. I weighed in at 127.0 again today.
It's still coming down here but it's 35 degrees out, so it's a sloppy, wet, wintry mess rather than the powder we received over the past several days. It's supposed to get warmer by a few degrees and I so hope it does, and that it rains hard, to flatten down the snow in my driveway so I can finally get my car moving again.
QOTD: I like to keep it around 65-67, and somewhat lower at night. But then my little cats are clearly too cold, so I alternate being comfortable myself with making them cosy. I never really got icy the way the majority of you have. I dress warmly when I go out but usually am fine indoors without too much layering.
First: delicious huge mugs of tea
B: eggs and ham
L: chicken
D: Turkey
Wishing everyone a happy and successful day!
ugh to Dumping... I was in my own food reaction hell last night, not dumping, really don't know....
You are really working that Boars Head ever roast chicken....
I look at those low calories...such a distant memory.
