Well, I had it in the back of my head that since everything has been so easy for me, I probably didn't dump...on one hand I'm glad to know I do and never want to do that again and on the other, I'm mad at myself for just munching down on the chocolate popcorn..but I do feel appropriately chastised by my body.

Mornin'!
It's a winter wonderland here in southern Wisconsin. Six inches overnight and a couple more inches expected during the day today. My crazy husband went to work (a 45-mile drive) even though I begged him to work from home today. I think he's out of his mind, but there was no telling him that... Meanwhile, I rescheduled my afternoon massage appt and my lunch date with a friend. I'm not leaving the house today!
QOTD: we have our thermostat programmed at 66 from 6:00 am - 11:00 pm and 62 at night.
3 years 8 months out:
B: protein pancakes with a dollop of homemade Greek yogurt and homemade blueberry sauce, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: 1 C cottage cheese, maybe a turkey/cheese stick roll-up
AS: light yogurt or baby carrots with 2 T hummus
D: 2 oz chicken with raw veggies in a Flat-Out wrap
ES: same as AS

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I got a bit of snow on our coats when we walked this morning but managed to get our 4 miles in without getting too miserable. We'll fdo another1.2 before dinner as well. Hoping Daisy is okay and not missing due to migraines. I'm struggling with a cold/congestion that is making me miserable. QOTD we keep it at 70 to 72 when we're here,68 at night and 65 when we're gone. Sometimes we turn on the fake fireplace which is actually a radiant heater when we watch TV in the evening. Accountability yesterday spot on food and stepwise. Weight today is 125. Heres the food for today B2/3 c earnest eats protein cereal L slice deli turkey 1 slice provolone cheese D chicken leg 1/2 c green beans if needed S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone! Time to start some coffee!

Good morning! SOOOO sorry to hear about your dumping, Jen. There really is no doubt once it happens. It is a great deterrent most of the time. I hope you are feeling better! I had a productive day yesterday, but was so tired and sore from the day before that I moved really slow... I slept great last night and I'm raring to go with a ton to do, so I'm going to enjoy my coffee, read some OH and get moving!
QOTD - We have the heat set to 65 when its really cold, after reading your numbers Jen I wonder why we don't go higher? It's friggin' cold without the sun! But it gets so stuffy too it's weird. We set it at 59 at night. Otherwise it's off and we bundle up.
Accountability - I ate a ton of pork rinds. Considering my options, I could have done way worse. They are in the trash now. I have a love/hate relationship with pork rinds.
