good morning everyone!
Today is my 1 year surgiversary! I am officially 152 lbs down from my starting weight and it feels pretty darn amazing. I have been stuck at a dead stall, fluctuating back and forth between 2 lbs for the past 3 weeks so that kinda sucks, but admittedly I've been much more lax in my diet lately and I am having a hard time reigning it in. I did just get 3 new flavors of tea in the mail last night from Amazon, so my plan is to start drinking decaf dessert tea at night instead of the snack I usually convince myself is OK to eat and then regret immediately after.
I have my 1 year checkup today after work, so I'll get the results of my labs and see what my surgeon has to say. I hope I get to see him and not just the PA today.
QOTD: we just got a new furnace installed about 2 months ago and we haven't played much with the new thermostat. I know we can program it but I haven't taken the time to do it, but I definitely will be doing that before the end of this weekend...I just got the gas bill from last month and it was almost $200! insanity! I am sure it's because we had the thermostat at 72 for most of January and up to 74 during the polar vortex last week...so I guess I should've expected that. I used to have it programmed to be at 65 when we were gone, 68 at night and up to 70 during the day but after all the weight loss, that is just too cold! also our windows are all pretty old and I am sure that doesn't help.
B: coffee w/ vanilla PP (then tea with the same), 1 packet low sugar oatmeal (not the best choice but I literally ran out the door this morning and almost didn't grab anything)
L: chicken breast w/cheesy broccoli/cauliflower
S: greek L&F
D: leftovers of some kind- we have so many we need to get through!
Have a wonderful day my friends!
