What's on your menu (Photo Friday) RNYers?
on 2/8/19 5:08 am
Happy friday!! I still have so much to do this week and a busy weekend. Today there are a couple of tradespeople coming to fix a few things in the kitchen, plus I have my first workout with my trainer. Over the weekend, I have a massage, another workout, a comedy club show, my first dexa scan and my bestie is coming up from the springs to hangout. Should be a good but not restful weekend!
qotd - I don't have SAD but many years ago, my competitive speech was on SAD, it's impacts and treatments. I'm so glad that understanding it is much more mainstream now so people can get help!
Accountability - I saw a small no sweetener chocolate-peanut butter bar at Sprouts and had it last night. It was good but left me a little quesy and higher in carbs.
menu today
coffee + half and half, tea and water
b - 4 oz ever roast chicken
l - 4 oz smoked deli ham, premier protein
D - 4 oz Italian deli roast beef
S1 - 1 oz cheddar
S2 - light and fit greek

Congratulations on getting to goal, Jen! I think that the calories you burned battling with vegans about pizza crust pushed you over the finish line.
