What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?

Good morning everyone. It is 26 at my house this morning and icy. They are saying possibly more snow this weekend in the PNW.
My daughter is commuting into Portland as we speak. She is finishing up the last few weeks of her clinical rotations before graduating from nursing school next month. There was a shooting last night and the freeway is closed. She is going to have to navigate her way around on the backroads. It just makes me nervous. I am not a fan of Portland!! Even when your kids are adults, you still worry.
QOTD- I am usually done with my food for the day by 4pm. I am not a snacker in the evenings. I try and have a hot bath after my dinner and read to keep myself occupied.
Accountability- I ate a rosemary garlic cheddar biscuit yesterday that I made a work yesterday. Sometimes I hate being a cook! I am surrounded by good food all day. I can resist the sweets, but the savory carbs are my weakness. I usually chew gum and that keeps my mouth occupied.
Food plan for the day-
Protein pancakes with WF syrup
1 c. cottage cheese with EBB seasoning
1 can albacore tuna with onion, dill pickles and SG poppyseed dressing
5 ounces shredded chicken breast with salsa
Lots of water, hot tea and vitamins always.

Good morning everyone! Happy hump day! I took this week off to unpack and get organized and today is the only day I am not doing at least one call so im going to enjoy it...by going to get my drivers license!
I have a sign on my bookcase that a friend gave me that says "Today I will be happier than a camel on hump day" and I have to say today I am a bit teary eyed and happy. This morning I reached my goal weight. I already have several stretch goals so nothing really changes but I am happy!
qotd - I noticed when I started working out in the evenings that I would be starving before bed so I have split my meal plan into 4 so I can have something later, if I need it.
Accountability - I swapped my L&F for a Clio bar so was a bit higher on carbs and calories than planned.
51 weeks and @ goal!
menu today - coffee + half and half, water and tea
b - 4 oz ever roast chicken, 1 oz parmesan
l - 4 oz deli roast beef
d - 3 oz ever roast chicken, L&F greek
