Good morning! I feel your weather pain Daisy! Though not the same, it's still raining here non-stop and I am so over it! It makes a flooded, muddy mess everywhere. I didn't sleep well - I couldn't fall asleep for hours, then I was wide awake at 3 am. Looking forward to getting settled in the new place and frankly, summer already - bring it! Other that that, I had a great productive day and I hope today is the same.
QOTD - I must have lots of coffee first, but it's different at work than at home. At work, I'm on auto-pilot to eat after my coffee - early. At home, I first drink lots of coffee too, but I eat much later which is probably more of a natural schedule for me.
Accountability - I was so busy yesterday that I didn't eat breakfast or snacks, but I drank like a fish and was rewarded with a 6.1 pound whoosh! UNHEARD of for me. Anyone have an overnight drop like that? My body must be a sponge. I had to have been retaining a ton of fluids as evidenced by my too numerous to count bathroom trips last night.

QOTD: by nature I too could sip on coffee and eat later... I have been read the riot act over this especially because of my blood sugar issues because caffeine blunts hunger and you need real food. I get up at 6. Dietician and trainer would like me to eat within 90 minutes. That rarely happens, more like 8-9am. Still better than the 10-11-1PM I used to do.

Daisy, that winter rain mix is awful! We have a gorgeous sunny day and are supposed to get into the 60s. Bizarre.
I am in the midst of a stressful morning and I am trying not to eat cookies. Cookies won't help, cookies won't help. I am dealing with credit card fraud (on an old card), then the credit card employee accidentally canceled my ACTUAL card, and to top it all off, Kris' sister backed out of our Iceland trip - we leave in a WEEK. So I am canceling activities but can't rebook them until the new card arrives tonight!!! (I earn awesome points on this card so I refuse to use my backup card). It's all very annoying and I also have to, ya know, do a lot of actual work! So I am taking a moment while on this conference call to at least check in here.
Edited to answer the QOTD: I struggle with hunger (head or otherwise) at night, so I have shifted all of my meal times to later, so that I don't have dinner at 6 and then need a fourth meal at night. So coffee is 8ish, breakfast is 10ish, lunch is 2-3 and dinner is 8:30-9. I know many people say not to eat after 7 pm or so, but I can't seem to make myself not, so I have a late dinner thus not needing more food before bed or being "hungry" for a nighttime munchie.
B: 3 oz ever roast deli chicken, 2 oz of leftover buffalo chicken dip from the Super Bowl
L: leftover wings from last night if they crisp up decently in the toaster oven
D: Crab!!! Salmon and baked potato for Kris, but I will just eat crab! Yummm
S: mini peppers dipped into fat-free greek yogurt with ranch seasoning
E: Aqua Fit! Another new class at my gym. Last night was spin and I was drenched! I didn't love the music though so I will have to try some different instructors! The good news is that I am super thrilled with the gym and the class options and I guess I didn't need to be all anxious and doom and gloom. Also, last night there were six of us from my former gym and it feels good to see some familiar faces!

I do better eating later also, so I have something to look forward to! If I have too much time, like hours before bed I just can't hang so now I have a planned evening snack and it has helped tremendously. Good for you hitting the new gym like a boss!!
