Good morning Daisy and menu crew. Bone Broth and SF Jello kind of day for me today. I am excited as today it looks as though My SIL will have her baby. I am so proud of her. She became an addict in her early 20's. Started with a foot issue and she became addicted to pain killers and went downhill from there. The Dr that was prescribing is no longer allowed to practice. We had some tough years with her. I had to take the lead and brought her to rehab twice, one time at 11:30 pm on Thanksgiving. When she got out she was supposed to come directly to our house and live with us. She got a ride with someone else and did not show up at our house for a week. I would not let her stay. I told her that I had kids and the deal was that she would come to our house immediately so we would know she was still clean. It took for her to decide it was time. Thank God she is changed. Love her to the moon and proud of this day.

QOTD - I am routine driven person, I prefer a protein heavy breakfast as it seems to soothe my mind and my tummy...LOL.....

TSS - 4 years 3 months

Nothing but liquids and jello today as I have a Scope tomorrow.

B - Beef Bone broth

S - SF Jello

Thank you!

I am trying the cauliflower "hash browns" for the first time. I have used spaghetti squash most recently and have had mashed cauliflower patties in the past. Here is the recipe I am going to try.

Nice, I love recipes with very few simple ingredients. I can see them tasting much closer to hash browns than bread sticks or pizza crust! Let me know they come out!
