hey everyone!
I am posting so late I don't know if anyone will even see it, but I have been really busy lately and it's not helping me stay on track with my eating. too many commitments, weather getting in the way and screwing up everything, including my mental health.
I even ruined my MFP streak because I didn't log my food for 2 days in a row! Dang it!
I have been exercising so at least I hope that's helped a little bit for the extra's I've been eating. UGH. I just want winter to be over so I can feel motivated again. I need a change in routine but not really sure how to do it. I did a mile in 20 mins on the elliptical yesterday and that made me super proud...my fastest mile before that was 22.3 so I'm trying to push myself. I don't know if I can do it faster than 20 LOL...it almost killed me!
QOTD: my most used Apps are definitely FB/IG, MFP and probably Audible or Overdrive--I listen to audiobooks pretty much every day on my commute to and from work.
pre- breakfast: 1/2 chocolate pure protein shake w/coffee & peppermint extract
B: 2 HB eggs & 1 turkey bf sausage patty
L: pulled pork w/sf BBQ sauce, 4 large strawberries
D: leftovers- either the last of the chicken/cauliflower rice soup or maybe more pulled pork
S: keto PB cookie

Great job on the elliptical! I'm not sure I could do a mike in any amount of time!
