Yay for finding a new gym! I am kind of dreading figuring out the new routine. Fortunately, there are lots of options around me, I just have to give them a shot.

It does sound like you had a great weekend! We have finally settled into a warm weather pattern and have a couple of events this week leading up to DD's arrival on Sunday. So hopefully it will be a better week than last.
QOTD: Extra apps? So I'm assuming not what is usually on the iPhone? 1) MFP; 2) Weather Channel; 3) Google Maps or maybe Amazon.

Thank you for asking! The sun is helping my temperament but having to adjust to DH's limitations and how they limit me can be difficult. I am also really looking forward to DD's visit! And trying to make some future plans for respite time for myself.

I took care of my mom during the last years of her life. It was a very intense and extremely hands-on time, but I am so very grateful that I was able to be there for her when she most needed me. Still, breaks now and then were most appreciated. It is important that you care for yourself as well as your DH, and arrange for some time off if possible. I know it's not easy, and I wish you very well.

Please do take care of yourself, Liz!!
My mom loved my dad to pieces, no question but he wore her out. When she was able to get away for a bit - even grocery shopping alone made a world of difference.

Good afternoon,
I had a couple appointments this morning and went to Sams club since it's by my bariatric doctor. She doesn't want me to go over 1100 calories a day so I'll have to see where I can make cuts. I have a couple ideas for breakfast and lunch, not having a snack at work and smaller portions at dinner. Also not eating at my support groups on Monday and Friday night.
Im still fighting a cold. The weather is crazy again, it's been three days of 40's and tomorrow freezing again with freezing rain and snow. Not sure if the pipe unthawed over the weekend. Haven't seen the maintenance man today. I'm glad I insisted on a space heater for over the weekend. Saturday morning it was 69 in here.
Qotd Fitbit, Facebook and my fitness pal app.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L crack chicken
D hamburger patty
Have a good day
