Good morning! I am only working a half day today, and I just spent 55 minutes of it with the helpdesk trying to reset my password. Good times!
Accountability - stuck to plan all weekend, protein heavy, carbs low and water filled...and gained a pound. I'm sure it's just a plumbing related issue but so annoying when I'm so close to goal, lol.
QOTD - Twitter, Baritastic and email are probably the three that I use the most. I have weaned myself off of FB for the most part although I still use it every day or so. I wish OH had an app!
Menu today is a bit cobbled together as I'm running out of things; if I get out to the store, it could change
Coffee + half and half X3; water, tea
B - 1.5 oz ever roast chicken plus cheese stick
L - 1.1 oz cashews, light and fit greek
D - Elli quark, 3 oz goat cheese
S - cheese stick

Good Morning
I am in the aftermath of a busy week with my grandkids having been here. Missed you all but it was so much fun. Will post pics Friday. Stuff to do but don't know what to tackle first and kind of just want to crawl into bed.
I am doing a thing tomorrow.... I know most of you aren't on Instagram but I am doing a takeover of an IG page called @Empowher_ny. It is a women's networking support group for lack of a better description. I went to NYC for one of their events in the fall, and here I am. My picture will be on their page but you have to go to their 'stores' to see the videos of me randomly talking all day.
QOTD: Only 3? Instagram, Amazon Music, TruCoach (for my workout communication with trainer), Safari, Gmail, Target, Starbucks, and Notes- to write myself reminders or actually notes in something.
Food? I really have no idea.. but here we go.
b: Fairlife latte, overnight oats and protein, and some habenero bbq almonds found their way into my mouth while I was waiting for oatmeal to cook. :/
L: turkey cheese melt, salad
D; Chicken TBD and broccoli
S: Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries, protein
I know a lot of people put premier protein in their coffee, which I do not like. But discovered this week that I love it as a Chai latte. Yum.
Ex: Rest day or light day. Not sure.

Good Morning! Daisy, sounds like you had a great weekend. Sorry I was MIA on Friday. I ended up taking the day off work to take care of some appts and wasn't on my computer or phone much at all so I didn't log on here.
So the rain held off for my 1/2 marathon yesterday but the wind was brutal. I have never ran with wind and the last 4 miles was completely running against the wind gusts and HARD. I did not beat my time, (up about a minute and a half) but finished in 1:51:33 and placed 1st in age group and 3rd overall for women!
Accountability: On track!
QOTD: Fitbit, myfitnesspal, FB, and Dish (couldn't stick with only 3)
Time since surgery: 4 years 5 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: 2 Realgood artichochoke and cheese poppers, carbmaster cottage cheese and a SF almond milk latte
D: Shredded beef bowl with 3 oz meat/shredded cheese/sour cream and salsa, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber and 35 mins of elliptical this morning
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1245 Protein:130 Carbs:87 Fat:46

That is fast. I do not run more than 3 miles a pop and never break 9 minutes a mile....awsome!!!!
