Glad you are feeling better and so excited for your house!! I know the military will do what the military does but do you have any idea why they are taking so long on the separation process for Jesse? Is there a chance they could change their decision?

Thanks Jen! Your house is awesome too!!
I can't quite get a straight answer out of my son, at least that will satisfy me. He was fighting it (the med sep), then giving in, then fighting it. It has taken such an emotional toll on him. I think its up to the Lt Col now and I don't know when that decision will come down. He could be home anytime between now and April is that last I heard. Who knows. I don't know how much more he can take.

Love the pig cake!
I finally seem to be back on track, and dropped the weight from the sodium/sugared ahi jerky. Was down .2lb, not much but at least it's down.
QOTD- I haven't been good lately about tracking my food. I really need to get back to doing this, it is really a slippery slope for me. Just estimating isn't good enough. I try to be honest in my logging and weigh everything at home. But I can see if I quit it is easy to slip in those foods that I shouldn't.
I hope everyone is warming up, originally the weather people were saying we were expecting snow in the PNW on Sunday night into Monday. But now it looks like only rain, so I'm breathing a sigh of relief.
This weekend I have nothing planned except for my barn therapy on Sunday. My barn friend called me a couple of times this week and asked to run away with me to Maui. I told her I'd buy the tickets. We have both been having awful weeks at work. I did get a call from a contracting company that I'm going to meet with on Tuesday for a potential job. It may not work out but at least I'm looking, and getting unsolicited calls.
Have a great Friday and weekend everyone!

Good afternoon,
They are still working on my heat, the pipe froze because my valve never worked this year. What heat I was getting was from downstairs. They had to cut a hole in the downstairs bedroom to access the pipe so they got heat going on it. They gave me 2 space heaters to keep me warm last night. It was 80 when I got up this morning plus I have an electric mattress pad too. I slept like a baby.
Accountability I had a donut at work yesterday and my friend took me out for dinner. I was like a 150 Calories over for the day. I took that as a win for eating out and a donut.
Qotd.most of the time I do weigh and logged my food. The times I don't weigh my food is out at a restaurant or at someone else house, I guess at it unless the meat has how many ounces on the menu. Sometimes when I had my bingefest, I already know it was a lot of calories and didn't want to see what damage I did.
B my friend took me out for breakfast so I had half of a meat lovers omelette and raisin toast
L tuna, cottage cheese and unsweetened applesauce
D support group night, not sure yet.
Have a good day
