What is on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Quick post this am before I get hubby up. Accountability yesterday was good foodwise and Lily and I were able to get a short walk in before it got too dark so I had about 3 miles on my fitbit yesterday. Not my regular amount but better. Weight today was 125. QOTD yes I am brutally honest and weigh or measure everything. I also weigh myself and record my weight every day because when I stopped I wasn't accountable and gained 13 pounds after 6 years at one weight. Now I'm headed SLOWLY back down witn the bad cold weather not helping anything. Heres todays food B1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L some sort of protein as we'll be out at an RV show D4 oz ground beef patty with cheese S meat stick. Good morning, everybody. I'm kind of excited that its February today. Even though February is the the heart of winter, being out of January means we are getting closer to Spring. And Spring starts with a week in Florida with the kids which I am really looking forward to. I still have two in high school so we are beholden to the school schedules for planning vacations for a few more years.
QOTD: I am good about logging but only use my scale if I am at home or eating at the work cafeteria which sells food by the ounce.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Fish
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: TBD. Mahi Mahi burger if the family is not eating protein

yesterday coworker and I went to jim and nicks bbq- i had roasted wings and deviled eggs but scooped out insides of 2 of the 3. I was good with it
QOTD: I generally count everything. nut thinkgs if im eating 'properly' i don't have to record but i don't trust myself at this time.

Morning all! Daisy, I'm glad that you are up to being online today and the pig cake is really cute! Very piggy pink!
Out of bed and trying to do some work from home today. We'll see how it goes. Didn't get in all of my water yesterday. I ended up feeling too nauseated to get it all down so today, I'm going to try to make a regular string of large cups of herbal tea and see if that goes better.
QOTD: Unfortunately, I'm not always consistent with weighing and logging.

Happy Friday! Quick post, as I'm trying to get out the door (car is already started). No plans this weekend except dinner with my parents-in-law for FIL's birthday tomorrow night. We're going to a steakhouse.
qotd: I'm meticulous at home with food I prepare myself, but when I eat at work or out, I'm guessing. I log everything, but I tend to try to over-estimate the things I don't weigh at home. I figure that's better than under-estimating. My work usually feeds us good protein, and I know the pre-cut portions are about 3oz, so I don't feel like my guesses for protein are TOO far off base. It's all the veggies/sides/salad/salad dressing and such I estimate.
breakfast: having a creme brûlée Greek L&F now, I'll have coffee with Premier the rest of the morning
lunch: forgot to check again. Yesterday was bratwurst which wasn't appealing at the time so I had a salad with diced chicken breast.
dinner: on my own, so will probably just eat leftover chicken fried cauliflower rice from last night.
