Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!
So sorry about your migraines, Daisy.
QOTD: I LOVED Art (of course), loved Algebra, and I enjoyed most subjects, but hated History and Government classes.
My 3-year appointment with the surgeon went fine. I've put on a little bit of regain since 6 months ago, but as long as I don't keep on gaining I should be okay. After this appointment I only have to make that long, (6 hour round trip) drive once a year.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 85, Calories - 1,210, Carbs - 143.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: microwave meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt
Have an awesome day everyone!

Hi SOAFan/Deanna,
So I use the patches from the website called "PatchMD." They are amazing. I have been using them consistently since I was approx 3 years post op.
I use the Multivitamin patch (Multi Plus), the Iron patch (Iron Plus), the Vitamin D3 & Calcium patch (its one combined patch) and I take oral B12 which I buy from Costco.
Attached is a picture of the three packages of patches and the bottle of B12 I take.
I get my labs done every three months and they have been perfect since I have been on the patches. I love using the patches as I just hate taking pills/vitamins so for me this is a win win.
Hope that answers your question, let me know if you need anything else.
Take care,
Daisy
