Hi Chris - sorry this is a few days late. I have been taking the black cherry extract capsules for my gout. I don't think they have the same calories and carbs as the juice. I got them at Walgreens on line (I haven't seen them in the stores) or in the stores at CVS.

I can definitely sympathize with you.

Thank you! I looked into the pills a while ago and just let it go to the wayside since I wasn't having a gout attack. Big mistake! I am going to be ordering the capsules over the weekend. Hopefully it will prevent another attack. Thanks again!

Good afternoon everyone:

My weekend was quiet, it was a typical Northern winter weekend...snow, freezing rain, blowing snow. 3 weeks until vacation, I can't wait. This will be my first vacation not in the 300s. Just have to figure out how to hide the lose skin in a bathing suit lol.

Accountability: Very good. Ate on point all weekend. Dragged myself on the treadmill everyday.

QOTD: Pre-surgery I loved to eat out. Preferred a restaurant sit down but as I reached my highest weights I then started on the drive through route. Now I prefer to be in control and eat at home except for special occasions. Tim Hortons and McDonalds are missing my business I'm sure.

B: Pure protein bar

L: Peperoni and cheese, baby carrots, pickles

D: steak, broccoli

S: Premier protein

S2: probably chicken breast roll up

Have a great day!

I don't know what type of suit you like to wear but I switched to a rash guard and swim capris and it's been amazing! They were pricey and hard to find at plus sizes but now I can just get them cheap on amazon.
