Good morning, everybody. We got snow overnight and I have to travel for business this afternoon. On the news they said that over 400 flights have already been cancelled from O'Hare today, so we will see how that goes. I really want to catch a flight out of here because it is supposed to be a high of 15 below on Wednesday. The roads don't seem too bad, so I think I will be able to get to the airport if my flight goes.
I have never had small pouch day or a big pouch day. I feel like I am pretty much the same every day. Or I am just oblivious.
QOTD: More of a sit-down restaurant person except Dunkin Donuts in the morning. I have read that the sit down chain restaurants actually are way more caloric than the drive through places because the portions are so big (which I always finished).
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: meatballs
Dinner: Steak
Could easily spend the day in the airport eating jerky depending upon the storm though.

Good morning Menu World! Everyone here is up and at 'em so early! I mean, I'm a morning person, but it takes me ages to get to work and settled and posted.
Accountability: Ugh - Saturday evening I made some "poor choices," as my mother would say. I went to that surprise 40th birthday party and drank THREE drinks and it was not good. How have I not figured out my limit yet?
QOTD: Eating out in any capacity was my jam pre-op - sit down, drive through, delivery - I'd take any of it. Pre-op I still lived in the city and there aren't weren't many drive through options, but my housemate and I would get delivery most of all. And oddly, in the suburb where I live there aren't many drive throughs either. All I want in my life is a drive through Dunkin, but nope...

L: egg salad on a Fiber One wrap, string cheese
S: turkey sticks
D: chicken tacos, but without the shells
S: PB pretzel treat to end the day

late post for me- did aerial yoga last night for the first time- man was it challenging and I also got to do some work on the trapeze. yes trapeze !!! crazy
QOTD: I would say both... I liked fries, fried food, sit down food standing food laying down food- i'm not sure what laying down food would be but I was going for a dr seuss vibe there
