What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?

Happy Monday everyone! I am officially in Colorado - had great weather for the drive and it was so pretty; timing worked perfectly and I broke it up with an overnight in Santa Fe..was still exhausted when I got here so went to bed at 7 and slept until almost 3.
My first day back at the office up here....it's a snow-commute day which means I'm working from the hotel room vs going in since my teams will all be remote. I had set a policy years ago that if it snows, I'd rather you work from home than spend hours commuting so I'm amused to take advantage of it. It's also nice since I have a 6 am conference call that I didn't have to rush to get there early.
Accountability was not the best -- I had good protein snacks in the car (my road trip food was always slim jims so I just swapped in Ostrim) but too many snacks put me over on everything. I usually get a bit dehydrated on road trips because I won't stop for potty breaks...but I made myself hit my fluid targets so had a lot more stops than usual...and it was fine!
I prepped for a day at the hotel so have a good plan of attack.
Coffee + half and half, tea and water all day
B - Ready Egg Go pack (290 calorie, 5 carb, 16 protein) hard boiled egg, cheddar cheese, and almonds pack -- not ideal but better than alternatives)
L - Light & fit greek (and I'll probably have the almonds from above with my yogurt)
D - 4 oz Oscar Mayer Turkey Breast
ES - L&F greek
661/61/33 for the day
EX - the snow is only supposed to be this morning so I will get out this afternoon and walk the mall that I'm at -- there's a coffee shop at the other end that I plan on hitting for an afternoon decaf.
Hope this is a start to a great week for everyone!
I know it's not photo Friday - but here's a pretty shot of sunrise as I headed out of New Mexico at sunrise yesterday morning and then a picture of my car this morning.

Yes! I'm not in CO either, but if I didn't live in CA I would move to CO after seeing his speech on the senate floor.

intellectually, I knew it Bennett is usually so quiet. It was good seeing him give Lyin' Ted an ass kicking!
Cant imagine anyone seeing Cory as anything other than a toadie sell out. Nothing attractive about that man unless you wear a MAGA hat and then all bets are off !
