What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good morning Daisy and menu folks. Cold here as well. I am counting down the days until our cruise. 82 days until we board and 78 days until we are in Florida. I need sun and sand. Great weekend, my oldest son called in the afternoon on Friday and ended up coming home and joining us for our trek to Burlington on Friday night and spent the weekend at home. Ryley went back to school on Saturday, he was excited to get back into his routine.
Accountability - spot on, started 2 days of intermittent fasting last evening at 6 pm. Will eat my breakfast this morning after 10 am.
QOTD - Both and I always preferred a table when dining in as I was unsure if I would fit in a booth and if I did how comfortable I would be. I do not miss having to plan like that.
B- Scambled eggs and ham
L - salami and cheese
S - cukes and ranch
D - chicken, bacon, broccoli, ranch casserole.
E - Gym night
205.8 this morning , 10.8 lbs to goal. Yipee
Stay healthy my friends, Mike

My folks seem to find 45 much colder when they are in Florida than when they are North, do you find the same?

Mornin' All!
the weather has started - it sounds like we're in for the week from hell. I'm only going out if absolutely necessary!!
QOTD: sit down restaurants. I almost never did/do fast food. We used to go out for dinner 2-3 times a week, sometimes more. And I'd usually order an appetizer, entree, and dessert, and eat it all. Fish fries, pizza - lots of stuff I never or rarely eat anymore. I'm pretty sure that was at least half of my problem, since my weight ballooned up 100 lbs after I met DH and we started all this going-out-to-eat (I went out to eat before I met him, but not nearly as much. Maybe 2-3 times a month as opposed to *week*).
3 years 7 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with raspberries, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: 2 oz rotisserie chicken on a Flat Out wrap with 1 T hummus
AS: light yogurt
D: turkey chili or a turkey burger w/ veggies
ES: light yogurt

About 10 years ago, I started letting good perfumes who were relocating stay with us by switching them to full time remote positions. I set the expectations that since they are not near an office, If they don't perform they have to be let go and have never had a single issue. In addition to the people in our offices, I have individuals in 7 stares just working from their home offices. It has worked out really well for us, we keep good talent and they are very high performers and very loyal.
