What's on you Sunday menu, RNY'ers?
I like the concept in theory, but I likely won't make them again, not for freezing anyway. But I'm too cheap and stubborn to throw them out, so I'm going to eat what I have and just feel disappointed about it lol

Hey everyone. Happy Sunday. I've had the house to myself for the last few hours. I cleaned pretty thoroughly, did laundry prepped dinner and am relaxing in the cleanliness now with berry scented candles burning. Ahhh... Peace.
I did my long run this morning- I've actually been ahead of where I should be in my training plan, but today nature called and I stuck to the schedule. At least we're being spared from all the snow most of you all are getting, but by the end of the week it should be brutally cold.
Qotd: I'm more intrigued by Liz's wintering in Florida. I'll be in Orlando next month and have no idea what to pack. Shorts seems to presumptuous. Long or short sleeevs? Light jacket or none? Hubby and I sharing a suit case- so I need to pack wise.
216.5 today (pre-run; my weight dropped SIX #'s post run, but that won't stick).
M1: 2 egg omelette, peppers, cheese and onions.
M2: beef patties, yogurt and baked oatmeal
m3: white chicken chili
