Mornin' Weekenders!

well after gaining 1.5 lbs after going out to dinner on Thursday night, I'm up yet another pound this morning - despite being totally on plan yesterday. So 2.5 lbs in two days. UGH!! This is so freaking frustrating! I'm going to try to eat very low sodium today and drink a ton of fluid. I don't know what else to do - but this is driving me insane!!

it is so freaking cold out. We'll be having sub-zero temps for the next several days (mostly at night - but during the day on a couple of days, too), with a brief respite on Monday - but then, it's going to snow on Monday. So sick of winter, and we really haven't had one until a week or so ago. DH wants to do several things today, but I'm not sure I want to go out in this...

3 years 7 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blueberry sauce, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: 2 oz chicken breast on a Flat Out wrap with 1 T hummus

AS: either baby carrots with hummus or a light yogurt

D: I'm thinking turkey meatballs with zoodles

have a good day, All! Stay warm!

It's miserable cold here too and snowing as well. Lily and I bundled up and got our 5k plus done this morning even though I was poorly motivated. We'll do another1.25 this afternoon too. Accountability was spot on with 11,045 steps and on plan foods with no extra bites and the scale this morning said--125. I know in my logical brain I didn't gain 1.2 pounds while on my best behavior but dang that sends motivation right out the window. So I'll write the number down forget it and keep on track anyway. I didn't hit my fluid goal yesterday as I only had 86 ounces so goal today is 120. Heres the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and almond butter Lslice deli turkey slice cheese 1 t ranch dressing for dip D 3/4 c butter bean soup S meat stick. Have a great day, stay warm and make some smart choices! Time to get some coffee going!

at least I'm not alone! I sort of expected that gain yesterday morning because of going out to eat the night before, but the gain this morning came out of left field. Hopefully it'll be gone tomorrow!

I've had 1/2 C cooked oats with 1 T peanut butter mixed in the last couple of days (as a heavy snack to keep me from grazing!). I got the idea from you (or at least the part about mixing in the nut butter). Wow is that filling - and really good, too!

Good morning! It's been miserable cold here too, single digits dropping into negatives at night, and it's snowing again today. I went to the gym and then stopped for some groceries and to restock some vitamins last night, and I'm thinking today will be a lazy day. I have coffee and a good book!

Breakfast: vanilla Greek L&F with about 1/4 C fresh blueberries, then coffee! I'm adding Premier back in as creamer

lunch: spinach salad with 3 oz chicken breast

dinner: Italian seasoned turkey meatballs with home made marinara and mozzarella sprinkled on top

Good morning frozen ladies. I slept in until 7:30 and spent a couple of hours reading the paper and drinking coffee. Today is a few errands and a trip to the gym. I can start swimming today since it has been more than a week since my blue light skin treatment. But to do that I think i am going to have to go warm-up, hot tub, swim, back to hot tub. I am looking forward to swimming again though, its just those first few minutes in the pool.

Breakfast: Bratwurst

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: ham and cheese

snack: light and fit

Dinner: Chili

Have a great day, all.

Hi everyone. So thankful for the weekend- yesterday at work was a total crap show. I'll run a few errands today but have no concrete plans. My brother is having his hip replacement surgery on Tuesday so I will head up to see him next weekend. I'll probably take off early on Friday to cook and bring some meals for him.

My outfit that I hope to wear for my 1/2 marathon came yesterday. 'Hope to' because the weather will be questionable in terms of warmth. I'll bring a back up outfit to.

217.5 today, 3.8 years out

m1: egg, bologna, ham and cream of wheat

m2: protein bar

m3/4: no idea.

Good morning~ Sorry to hear everyone is cold! Not to rub it in, but I'm really glad I live in CA! I've lived that cold weather growing up and I will never go back. Today we got up early and took the dogs to the park for a 3 mile walk with coffee form Starbucks. It was so very nice. We are organizing and cleaning today and this afternoon we are headed to Santa Barbara for dinner and show (Bill Maher). I am really looking forward to this! Okay, so I tried the Walden farms pancake syrup and bleh... I even warmed it with blueberries this morning and double bleh. I guess its just plain sweet pancakes for me which is fine I like them. WF The label say there aren't sugar alcohols, but every product I've tried upsets my stomach. The caramel sauce had me doubled over when I tried it a couple years ago, it was really bad. There must be another ingredient that bothers me.

Accountability - good

2yrs 2mo - 165.8

b-protein pancake w/WF syrup and blueberries

l-eggbeaters and salsa

d- out at mediterranean fusion place - protein forward and more than likely glass of wine or ****tail

v/l on track

e-3 miles and lots of house work

Have a great day everyone!!

Happy Saturday, menu warriors. I really feel for all of you suffering through such cold weather. Here it is 40 degrees and foggy, and it is supposed to reach 52 degrees, which is forecasted to continue for the next week or so. This has been a crazy, mild winter. I am seeing spring bulbs pop up everywhere. Even Mother Nature is confused.

My weekend will be quiet, with mostly chores on the schedule. I have a pile of laundry that I have been avoiding.
