YES - live from OK was awesome!! I'm bummed right now because HBO and Dish are having feud so we are currently cut off and don't get our Friday night Bill fix. OMG, so excited for tomorrow!

They don't even seem to be trying to fix the dish/hbo thing. It's so frustrating.

Happy Friday Everyone,

Musical season at my hs is always a crazy busy one for me with no days off till mid March. I keep seeing it getting closer and closer but I need a brake. Working very hard at not giving in to urges to eat through my exhaustion.

Accountability: all good yesterday

QOTD: one of my favorite activities is lap swimming. My time is so limited right now that when I get to the pool I want to get in and go but often have to wait for a lane which I politely do. I get so annoyed when others don't offer me the same patience and hop in and start swimming right next to without even asking to share. I usually get upset but just deal with it but I think I will begin to speak up.

B: coff and pp

L: chicken leg snap peas

S: ham and babybel

D: sirloin and broccoli

calories 805, protein 135, carbs 10

pics are of me and my family when we were together in San Francisco this Christmas

I'm right there with you on the pool thing. I really really dislike when people jump in the pool when they clearly see you waiting to get in.

TGIF! Today is busy for this retired person as SIL and I are going to Sarasota to a music festival with a group of 10 ladies from our morning walking group. DH's two best friends are going to hang out with him for the afternoon and evening. We are bringing our own boxed dinner as there is no time to easily go to a restaurant and no one wants to do fast food (thank goodness).

This weekend we may go to an Art/Craft festival in Venice tomorrow depending on the weather (it might be raining). No other specific plans.

Sorry, but I have to say that the bugs in the bags do NOT interest me!

Accountability: I've been a little down and my eating has reflected that. I ate EVERYTHING yesterday. Today because I have plans I'm not hungry at all!

QOTD: Let me see -- People who are rude in traffic, listening to someone talk on the phone in a bathroom (ick), listening to someone brush their teeth. I could probably keep going for a long time if I really thought about it, but those are a few that immediately came to mind.

2 Years 10 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 2 years, 2 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Emiepie egg salad as a box dinner (hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese, instead of mayo, plus TJ Everything But The Bagel seasoning)

S: sweetened cottage cheese

Here is Justice burrowed in his favorite furry throw which he was pulling out from behind the pillows of the sofa this morning (it was stashed there for DH's naps):

Well, thank heavens it is Friday. I would have to commit honorable sepuku if it wasn't. At any rate:

Pre Breakfast: Coffee with Collagen added

B: Coffee, 1 Boiled egg, 1 Creme Brulee Dannon's Light and Fit Greek Yogurt

Morning Snack: Iced Protein Coffee (Coffee, 1 Premier Protein, 2 tbsp sugar free Torani's Syrup and 2 tsp benefiber)

L: 1 2 1/2 oz Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thigh, 1/4 Cup Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, 1.5 oz California Style Vegetables

Afternoon Snacks: 1 pouch tuna fish in water, 1 sliced tomato and 1 Detour Simple Protein Bar

S: Out to Eat, Fernandoes where I'll have 2 oz. grilled chicken breast, 1/4 refried beans, small salad with Skinny Girl Poppyseed Dressing

Evening Snack: Decaf Coffee with collagen and reddiwhip

1002 Calories, 137g protein, 68g Carbs (37 net), 11g Fat, 26g Sugar

I will need to have another snack in the evening. I'm trying to maintain my weight which isn't working well since I lost 3 lbs and that's with 1100 calories a day. I just don't know how to eat more except to find ways to get more fat into my diet. I don't want to do keto either. Low carb is fine, I'm not a big, carby person. I might try pistacios which would add 120 calories for a total of 1122 calories and would add 4 net carbs, 11 grams of fat and 5g of protein.

Surgeon: Dr. David Carroll Surgery Date: 3/17/2017 Hospital: Merritt Health River Oaks Hospital

Height: 5'2" HW: 331 lbs SW: 279 lbs GW: 130 (originally, I changed to 140) CW: 130 to 135 ish

Biggest Goal: To Be Healthy in everything I do!!! To make healthy choices always!!! To just embrace HEALTH each and every day for the rest of my Life!!!
