Good morning all, Daisy, I love hearing that you're good and (presumably) migraine-free for the door...knock on wood.

I have a packed day. Currently waiting for a service guy at my house, then running to work for 2 meetings with board members, a visit from one of our local state Reps, our monthly staff meeting, and then a Friends meeting tonight. I have all my meals packed and ready to go, though!

QOTD: I'm a winter gal as well. I'm sure some of this has to do with my favorite activities - knitting and reading - are such cozy hobbies. Being snug in my house knitting feels amazing on a cold and snowy day!

4 years, 11 days post-RNY

B: coffee with half and half, egg cups

S: Siggi's vanilla yogurt

L: egg salad and a string cheese

S: Srircha pumpkin seeds

D: leftover sloppy joe and an apple

S: PB pretzels when I eventually make it home

E: fitting in my steps throughout the day!

Have a good one everyone.

Good morning everyone! Happy Wednesday!!

QOTD - I love fall, winter and spring. I hate summer. I hate to be hot; even though I'm freezing all the time now, I still hate to be hot!

Busy day today, getting my car serviced to make sure it's up for my weekend migration while doing many, many conference calls. I love the technology that makes this all possible!

Accountability - did not get enough fluid yesterday and I'm feeling it. I was in the 60s and I'm usually 100-105.

Time since surgery -11.5 months

Coffee + half and half X3, tea, water, going to try to hit 120 today and tomorrow to recover from yesterday -- if you need me, check the ladies room.

B - 4 oz Boars Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken and .6 oz provolone

L - Chobani

D - 4 oz Boars Head Ever roast and .6 oz provolone

ES - premier protein RTD "hot" chocolate

With snack, I'll be at 760/102/24

Enjoy the midweek hump day!

So happy!! When I chose to move here for work, I told myself I couldn't complain about the weather because I came knowingly...but I will be so glad to escape the surface of the sun now!!

G'Morning from snowy Wisconsin!

It looks like a snow globe out there! i have no idea how much we got (and are still getting), but it looks like a lot!!

I was hoping my weight would finally drop under 150 this morning, but no - still 150.2. But I'm feeling super waterlogged this morning, so I may have had too much sodium yesterday - that means a ton of water for me today! It may drop down tomorrow - but too bad since today is my official "weigh day"!! Unbelievable how long it takes to lose 3 lbs now that I'm normal-sized. GRRR! (150 is my limit nowadays - anything below that is fine!)

QOTD: any but winter. I used to hate summer, too, but I'm fine with it now. The heat doesn't bother me like it used to.

Accountability: has been great since right after New Year's Day

3 years 7 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with kiwi slices, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: 1 C cottage cheese or 1 C turkey chili

AS: choice of light yogurt, protein pumpkin pie, or 2 T hummus with baby carrots

D: steelhead trout, veggies

ES: same choices as AS

ex: if i do anything, it'll have to be in the house - no way am I going outside today!

Good Morning! Daisy, way to resist temptation. I had a stressful day and couldn't get my mind to shut down last night and that resulted in my caving to unplanned snacking before bed. Today will be better.

QOTD: Fall and Spring. Like you, I don't like summer at all.

Time since surgery: 4 years 5 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Deli ham, carbmaster cottage cheese, SF almond milk latte

D: Carrot spirals with Alfredo sauce and chicken sausage, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber and 35 mins of elliptical this morning

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1279 Protein:116 Carbs:115 Fat:41

Have a great one!

Hello Everyone!

I've been crazy stressed and busy at work thes days. I promise you all that there really is a good reason for teachers to retire in their mid 50's! Oof. I'm 57 and have been teaching since I was 22 but in many states so I have another 5 years (at least thanks to the RI governor Lamar messing with our retirement!) to go. I'm managing and even doing a great job in my opinion but teaching full time followed by full time musical Rehearsals after school and all weekend is getting to me. I shall persevere without eating through it!!

Accountability: great yesterday but crappy all weekend.

QOTD: fall is my favorite. Love the colors and the crisp cool weather without bitter cold or hotness!

B: coffee, premier protein and protein hot chocolate

L: chicken Breast and carrots

S: pork chop

S: prosciutto

D: grilled chicken tenders, mozzarella cheese and salad
