What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
I don't hoard food bit I panic when I feel like there isn't enough food in the house. I am looking forward to my son going to college. They can feed him bread!
I'm eating Boars head chicken. And yogurt. I eat 1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt with excessive amounts of splenda and 2 Tbs of All bran. I eat this meal every day.
Going to try Costco again today. Yesterday was too crazy to get in the parking lot.
I hate driving in the snow. Good luck to all of you out in it.

Yesterday it was -15 degrees F with the windchill.
Accountability: On plan. So after a very long period of perseverating over raising my calories and carbs, I have finally made the decision to do it. As many of you know from my past posts that I am fearful of gaining weight. I tried to self diagnose my nutrition to start losing weight again and have clearly failed so I'm listening to our vets advice once and for all making the commitment and giving it fair shake. I'm not going to just do it for a few days and give up because the scale starts to go up. I need to give my body time to adjust which also means keeping my ass off the scale for a bit. And away we go! Wish me luck!
I want to thank you all that have made the suggestion of raising my cals and carbs and made me get off my ass and do it for real. Sorry it took me so long.
QOTD: For whatever reason I tend hoard pistachios and smoked almonds. I don't even love nuts! LOL! I literally will only eat one or 2 nuts a week.

Good luck with your changes! It's scary and hard but you've done so much already and you've put so much thought into it, you will do awesome!
