It was so bumpy coming in...but then I had to go out to my mom's (due east of the airport)...I forgot the joys of a ground blizzard, lol. At least I knew the backroads since i70 was closed until the afternoon! I shoveled her walk when I got there and then again when I dropped her off...and I'm pretty sure it was ONLY blowing snow building up at that point! It all went well though and I"m back in AZ for a few final days!

It went really well, mostly just some cosmetic things; one outlet is missing, and someone dumped a whole soda under the stove and didn't clean it up (that's bizarre, right?). Nothing they can't fix before I close next week. yay!

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Peeps,
Glad you had a good day with good unexpected things - you deserve that!
Accountability: I was horrible and nibbled all day. I was supposed to have chili for dinner but I thought it tasted gross and couldn't eat it. My husband insisted that it was fine but I couldn't get past the taste. I had some tuna on a slice of toast. Then I decided I need some popcorn. I love popcorn but I always feel so gross the next day after I eat it.
I need to buckle down and get my head on straight. Today I am actually going to log my food in MFP and check calories and protein. I haven't done that in months and I need to be accountable to myself.
QOTD: I don't hoard food but I do sneak it. Well, not food but chocolate. It only happens at work. My vice principal has a huge bowl of chocolates right by her door and whenever I walk by (or anyone walks by) I frequently stop and look. Having a peanut allergy I am limited in what I can have and if she has something in the bowl that is peanut safe I take it. I call her my crack dealer - a standing joke between us. She is very nice and approachable compared to some vice principals I have had. I don't account for the chocolate or candy and I should. So yes, I sneak chocolate.
TSS: 1 year and almost 1-month weight 159 pounds
M1: 6 ounces of greek yogurt and 1/4 c of fiber one twigs
M2: PP chocolate shake
M3: 3 ounces chicken thigh, peppers and onions (fajitas without the wrap)

E: I started back to the gym yesterday and it was still crowded but there was a treadmill open. Going back today and hoping I am lucky enough to get on a machine - will edit this later.
100+ ounces of water, crystal light, and/or hot decaf tea - all vitamins
Have a great day made of good choices!

Good morning! I'm glad you had a good day yesterday. I mostly stayed in other than a couple of walks as it was chilly here for Florida. It is supposed to be warmer today so maybe it will be a pool day?
Accountability: Good yesterday, but the weekend was not so much. I felt extra hungry and had stuff I shouldn't have including a couple of pieces of pizza. Good tasting, but the scale picks that up immediately!
QOTD: Interesting question, because when I was MO I always hoarded sweet stuff. I mostly only hoard the things good for me now so no one will get into them leaving me with nothing, but I periodically have the urge to take some of DH's treats and stash them for myself.
