Deb,
I am with you! I am thankful to be living in Washington state and this mild winter.

Hello my RnY clan! Happy Monday.
The Blood Wolf Moon was gorgeous last night, but hard to photograph - see my very blurry attempt, below.
I've been terribly stressed over my living situation, as I've mentioned. I'm going to see two places today, one in Seattle proper and one in Marysville, a north Seattle suburb. I'm packing. Yesterday a gargantuan roll of bubble wrap arrived. Thank goodness that I never unboxed many of my things following my move here!
I have not eaten any thing off of my plan, but for a few nights there was really struggling not to calm my nerves with excessive calories, a struggle from which I didn't always emerge as the victor. Hot nighttime showers help, brushing my teeth helps, going to bed helps, plus I drink absolute tons of tea. Because of this I have to rise many times at night, but it's worth the disruption to keep my grip on my intake.
QOTD: Like Amy, musically (aside from classical, early music, world music, and opera), I'm mostly a child of the 70's. I also like old Motown and R&B, and some other genres. I like a lot of 80's music too, and generally find exercising to anything with a good driving beat to be helpful and energizing. I never listen to anything but the birds and the wind in the trees when I walk, though.
B: ham, and smoked gouda
L: tuna with some plain nonfat Greek yogurt
D: eggs scrambled with dried chives, dehydrated onion, and a little smoked gouda
S: another tuna packet
Wishing everyone peace, warmth, and happiness today!
I can't wait for you to find a new place. Wishing you luck with the two houses today. Hang in there.
