Good morning everyone~Daisy I hope the change in your diet helps your migraine go and stay away!! Man, what a game last night! I could hardly breathe the whole 4th quarter and when it went into OT, I needed oxygen, lol! Pats are going to the Superbowl again, YAY!!! Today is MLK and I'm off. We are taking the dogs to the park in a little bit for a good walk. Its been raining so much we haven't been able to do more than a quicky around the block lately. Then, Rob will be working (from home) and I will do more online house hunting, work around the house - organizing, cleaning, purging and of course getting ready for the rest of the week.
QOTD - Music wise I live in the 70's - singer songwriter, rock, pop, disco, R&B you name it. It's just where my heart is. I have all sorts of playlists on iTunes that are a mix of slow and faster paced stuff with 80/90 and more current stuff mixed in. I recently discovered Pandora's thumbprint station that has every song I've ever given the thumbs up to (which is a lot) and OMG I love that at work.

Thanks, Kelly. Unfortunately, yes a rental and with 3 dogs and a cat :(. I wish we were ready to buy now but we are about 9 months out from being there and this will set us back further.

There you are! You've been on my mind. It is very stressful, I'm worried because they are just not very pet friendly around here, nevermind 4 pets... Anyway - I hope you are able to find a wonderful, peaceful space for you, your kitties and business!!

G'morning Daisy & Menu Family,
I am jealous of all the snow you guys are getting. We just had some rain but it's back to sunny here. I really wish we lived on the east coast.
Confession time : I've been struggling with my weight since the last time we did CAMAW after thanksgiving. When I didn't lose a lb during that challenge it threw me in a bad place. I was trying to restrict my cals down to 600 but then I would get frustrated because I wouldn't see a drop and I would eat about 1200 cals. In a normal world 1200 is to lose weight but for me that was a binge. I finally scheduled an emerg appt with my NUT and she repeated what she had told me when I decided to change my goal from 150 to 140. It's a slippery slope. Be happy with your weight and size and if you go lower think of it as a bonus. So the holidays were a reset for me, no access to scale and I felt better. I am truly happy with my size. I wear size 6-8 in pants and dresses, who would have ever thought? Even before I got pregnant and all this weight gain started to happen I was more size 8-10. So although I weigh more than then I am more compact. To make a long story short, I decided to change my ticker and reset my goal to 150. But I keep my CW up to date so you guys can check on me. As long as it's under 150 we are good. This way I'm not stressing myself into a binge. OK, confession is over! :-)
QOTD: I'm not much of a music person. I love music that makes me dance but I don't listen to it often unless I'm dancing. During workouts and runs I listen to audibles. That's when I truly zone out and completely engrossed by the book.
