What is on your menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?
OMG guys, I have been MIA all week, I know, but I've been so backlogged with work garbage. I had a really bad headache sunday night and ended up not sleeping at all so I called in monday and just took a rest day...needless to say it just caused the rest of the week to be super busy, but I finally caught up on everything yesterday so I can breathe a little easier today!
I have mostly been on plan except for Wednesday when I got really hungry in the afternoon, I ate a protein bar that was not part of my plan, and then I felt pretty nauseous for a few hours. I skipped dinner but then I ended up eating a late night snack--it wouldn't have been terrible since it was just lunch meat and cheese slices, but then I added some peanut butter filled pretzels (I have realized I just cannot have these in the house, no matter how much Story likes them) and felt sick again.
I did not eat any extras yesterday and was actually under my calorie goal and felt good, so the plan is to keep that up!
DH and I have decided we are recommitting ourselves to exercise at least 4 days a week. the 3 nights we are home together per week--F,S,Tu and one extra day of our choosing that we just do it on our own...but this will keep us accountable since we agreed to do it together.
I realized how much muscle strength I've lost when I can't even open a jar. it's pretty bad!
QOTD: my guilty pleasures are always the teen dramas. I watch them when I am home alone LOL...I can't help I am just a 14 year old girl deep down haha. I also watch ASMR videos on YouTube pretty much every night to help me fall asleep...also time lapse drawing/painting videos and lots of makeup tutorials, cuz a girl's gotta get an education, amirite? hahaha
B: 2/3 vanilla PP shake w/coffee & pumpkin spice extract (this is so good guys!), 1/4C cottage cheese, 1 turkey bf sausage patty
L: leftover chicken fajita stuffed pepper
S: greek L&F yogurt
D: not 100% sure- DH might cook or we might try to eat some leftovers...if he cooks it will likely be salmon and veggies since we are low on groceries and that's what's in the freezer!

Saralisa and I went to see the movie, "A Dog's Way Home" yesterday. It was wonderful! We loved it!
QOTD: I love watching America's Got Talent and am currently watching America's Got Talent, the Champions.
Accountability: I have not been very good about coming here every day and posting and I'm sorry. Other things seem to get in the way. I've also been eating too many calories lately. I've gained back 15 pounds since my lowest weight and need to get this under control before I gain back any more. Yesterday: Protein - 88, Calories - 1,461, Carbs - 194.
B: light & fit Greek yogurt, prosciutto & mozzarella sticks
L: 160 calorie meal, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: Not sure because I'll be babysitting my grand niece so depends on what her mom leave me to fix.
