Good morning. So sorry about your continuing battle with migraines. So debilitating.

I struggled to come up with a photo. I had to find one that I took while doing an outdoor activity, but I'm not in it. Since I take all the pictures I am almost never "in" the picture. The one below is when we were hiking in Roxborough State park in Colorado in late October.

QOTD: My favorite shows are the medical dramas, the newest ones being Amsterdam, The Resident and Chicago Med. Yes, I'm sure they aren't accurate. I like legal dramas too and DH (who used to be a lawyer) always told me how unrealistic they were. Oh and my mother used to ask if women really dressed that way in the workplace these days in slinky black dresses or low-cut blouses under tight suits with lots of cleavage. LOL!

Accountability: Two not so good days when a lot of carbs were consumed. Back on the wagon today.

2 Years 9.5 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 2 years, 1.5 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Air fried fish of some sort (just got the air fryer yesterday)

S: sweetened cottage cheese

Good morning all! It's a snow day for the Omaha school district, which means it's an automatic work from home day for my office! I still don't really know how to do my job and require quite a bit of hand holding, so it might be stressful. Oh well, I'm still in my "ramp" period, so I'm not expected to hit metrics yet. The fun part of all this is that while I'm trying to work and it's snowing, we're having all the windows in our house replaced! It will be an exciting day lol

I bought a very large bag of Skittles for my assigned work mentor. He always has a pocket full of fun-sized skittles and goes around the office asking people if they "want some Skits?" Like some kind of drug dealer. I will have to wait til Tuesday to give him the thank you gift.

Qotd: Lately I've been Netflix binging Gossip Girl, which really is super gossipy dramatic. Otherwise, I watch a lot of cooking competition shows. Lately I've been watching Beat Bobby Flay and Cutthroat Kitchen. Brutal!

breakfast: scrambled egg with a spoonful of cottage cheese, then I have a whole pot of coffee ready with my name on it. (I made it half-caf)

lunch: likely tuna salad

dinner: turkey burgers and salad I think

pics are of my garden last year (don't really have any recent outdoor photos), and my 11 month before/after

Bell is such a pretty girl--and a lucky one too,as I'm sure she'll be spoiled rotten in no time!
