Good morning,

Misty finally ate all her food during the night. Haven't seen anymore runny bm. Maybe her tummy was upset yesterday. She was a cuddle buddy this morning. I'll still keep an eye on her.

Accountability I had a protein bar yesterday no snack at work, I guess they had bananas but I was busy with feeding my babies at that time.

Qotd 1 Raisin Bran and lucky charms mostly, depending on my mood.

Qotd 2 I would like to go horseback riding this year. Also read all my books I got recently and stored on my kindle.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

S depends what is served or I'll bring a protein bar with me.

D spare ribs and I have to make a new vegetable.

Have a good day

Good morning! Man did it storm hard last night! My phone emergency alerts were going off all night about flash flooding. I was not looking forward to my commute this morning, but it wasn't bad even though I was 15 minutes late for work. I am trying to get back to being a diet and exercise machine but I'm really struggling with letting things that are not truly obstacles get in the way. I think it's time to get back to therapy and get my head straight before it gets bad.

QOTD - I LOVED granola the most- the old fashion kind with raisins, dates and almonds. After that it's tied with Captain Crunch and Fruity Pebbles. I never liked Lucky Charms - I know I get weird looks when I say that, blasphemous!

Accountability - I was great until dinner, where a few carbs came in.

b- coffee x3, L&F yogurt

l-Cottage Cheese and L&F yogurt

d-ham and green beans

s-cucumber and yogurt dip, SF jello

v/l - on track - was able to get in over 100 oz yesterday.

Have a great day!

Good morning from still soggy Los Angeles. We haven't seen this much rain in a LONG TIME, I think today is the last of it for a while, so the sun should be shining for the weekend. I started my day with 6am spin and will bookend it with a 7:45 spin class. I have to be careful with this, because multiple classes in a day is how I got myself into trouble and with a diagnosed eating disorder post-surgery, but I figure if I acknowledge what I'm doing, I'm halfway to being ok. I stopped at Coffee Bean after class and was truly tempted by the caprese sandwich, but said no. So I'm currently sitting and eating my ground turkey/egg white/cauliflower concoction.

QsOTD: (1) Cinnamon Toast Crunch; but when i was fooling myself that I was being healthy, my favorite was rasin bran; (2) Run my 6th half marathon.

My plan:

B: Turkey/Egg white and cauliflower

L: either more breakfast or leftover chicken fajita meat

D: ??????

S: Skinny vanilla latte, yogurt before the gym and I'll likely have more of the turkey/egg white/cauliflower throughout the day

Good morning all, it looks like the bad weather is going to hold off, so I'm stuck with my marathon day! It started off leaving the house at 6:15am, picking up coffee and pastries for the 7:30 business association meeting I hosted at the library, then running off to another meeting back in the town I live in at 9:30. Now I'm back to the library and have a 7pm Board meeting. Normally I would have gone home for a few hours this afternoon (especially since the 9:30 was 5 minutes from my house), but of course a meeting got on my calendar that's a "must do," so here I am...

Whine, whine, whine.

I knew I would be overly tempted by the pastries at the morning meeting, so I need plan half a scone into my menu. Accountability - I just ate a piece of monkey bread too, though :-\

4 years, 10 months post-RNY

B: half a cinnamon chip scone, lots of coffee

S: unplanned monkey bread hunk

L: egg salad and a string cheese

S: protein bar

D: leftover lemon chicken (sad desk dinner)

S: PB pretzels as a treat when I finally make it home from my board meeting

Have a wonderful day, all! Pray for snow to start in the Philly area earlier than anticipated!

Good morning OHers. Zip lining is a great bucket list activity. You will love it!

The rain has moved into the NW, and it looks like it is here to stay for awhile. Last night it was really windy and wet, and I was cold, so I turned off all sound in the house and filled the tub with ho****er and bath oil. I soaked, read Michelle Obama?s book, and just enjoyed the sounds of the storm. My idea of bliss.

Accountability: 100% on plan. Yes!

QOTD: I have done Pilates for years, but I have never been to a single yoga class. Not one! So this year, I want to take yoga classes.

#2: I haven't been much of a cereal eater as an adult, but I liked Cheerios the best as a kid. For a special treat, it was Captain Crunch. That stuff is a mouth killer, but yummy in a sugary crap sort of way.

4 years, 2 months post op:

B: Egg Beaters, bacon and mozzarella cheese omelette

S: Greenridge Farm Naturals Beef Snack Stick. I just found these yesterday at Costco. They come 12 to a pack (in the fridge section) and are 2x the size of Chomps. Delicious and 110 calories, 14 grams protein. I read the label 10 times, because they seem too good to be true. Seriously good.

L: baked chicken thigh

S: 3 oz roasted prawns

D: cup of homemade chili

S: green beans, roasted butternut squash

Totals: calories 762, carbs 30, protein 81

Have a great day!

QOTD- Not much for cereal pre-op as I don't drink milk and ate my cereal dry. I need to get back into the pool and start swimming again. The only excuse I have is my social anxiety disorder and not wanting to deal with unfamiliar settings. Plus I know the gym is packed as the Resolution people are there, but they usually drop off by mid-February so I'll wait a while.

I'm thinking of taking a mental health day tomorrow and going to the beach. I need to walk on the beach and put my problems in perspective.

Have a great Friday Eve everyone!
