What/s on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?

I always tell newbies it's a 90 cycle - the first 30 days you're just excited because it's new; the next 30 days you realize how much you don't know and it gets challenging and a little panicky sometimes and then the final 30, you move from questinknf e erything to unconsciously competent in at least a few areas and then you are set!
Sounds like you are right on track! You will get through it and become the expert again I'm sure!

Good Morning! Happy Friday-Eve. We are supposed to have some high winds and thunderstorms today but it hasn't started yet.
QOTD 1: Too many to list. I loved all kinds from standard corn flakes to all the sugary goodness of Cap'N Crunch and everything in between.
QOTD: I can't really think of anything specific although I want to try aerial yoga too.

Good Morning all!
After a month without my car, I am hopefully getting it back today with a new used engine. But need to take to jeep dealer tomorrow for a recall on a brake problem that the mechanic did discover too.
QOTD: Reese's Puffs hands down. I still give them the side eye in the store. I actually bought a box of Tumeric cereal they were sampling at Costco yesterday. It was really good and stats aren't bad. I figure when my son and family get here they will help eat it.
QOTD2: Bucket List? Is still about job and earning money. Also need to work on some organizing at home, my last 2 years of shoulder surgeries and recovery things have gotten out of hand.
- Fairlife latte
- oats and protein, blueberries, banana
- mushroom, spinach low carb pasta bake
- egg bites
- dinner TBD
- S: protein, apple
Ex: gym day.
Was soooo excited yesterday did a full unassisted/full body weight dead hang with knee raises. Basically hanging off/gripping a chin up bar and lifting your legs. For someone who had 2 shoulder surgeries that's monumental. I had been doing assisted deadhangs which feel great on your shoulders.
