I'm first YAY Me!!!

O****ep writing and saving here. I didn't make it to the gym last night- head started pounding and I fel like I was going to vomit? I generally don't get migraines but that is kind of how it felt. I ran my two errands and came home. I did get these yummy looking frozen schwarma chicken breasts from kroger for $5 for 8 so I was pretty stoked about that. of and 6 green bell peppers for $2 so i will be eating those also.

QOTD: 2 questions- one food related one not- Pre surgery, what was your favorite cereal? mine was lucky charms, and yes I would really only eat the marshmallows out, shredded mini wheats, quaker oat bran o's, those were my fav.

2) What is something on your bucket list this year? My DH and I make lists of what we want to accomplish each year, I have two that stand out, one is zip lining and the other is Arial yoga.

Food for today:

coffee

water

prot pancakes

coffee

water

turkey?

chicken breast from above?

Good morning Hilary and menu Crew. Another busy day ahead. I am reviewing a potential work trip to Bologna Italy in March, it is preliminary at this point and I will only go if I am able to justify the trip.

QOTD - I was never a cereal fan, Lucky Charms and Raisin Bran are two of my favorites.

One of my bucket list items will be completed in April , we are going to ride horses in the Ocean while in Jamaica and my other bucket list item is to climb at least 10 mountains this spring/summer/fall. We were not able to hike last year due to our crazy schedule and we miss it.

B- scrambled eggs and cheese

L - Tuna and Mayo

S - ham rollup

D - Ricotta bake with sausage

E - gym night

208.2 this morning, 13.2 lbs to goal.

fingers crossed you can justify that trip to Italy!! That would be great! You're lucky you get to go to all these places with your job. I was ecstatic the year mine sent me to Chicago (two hours away!) - usually they won't let us go out of state!

Riding horses in the ocean. Would so love to do that. I have ridden horses in my younger years both in the Grand Tetons outside Jackson Hole, and in the Canadian Rockies outside Lakr Louise. Both amazing.

There actually is a place out in Montauk 'The End' of Long Island you can do it. Home of Teddy Roosevelt and the rough riders.

Lake Louise! A place I want to see. Is is as beautiful as the photos?

So much more beautiful than words or pictures could ever express! Pictures do not do it justice. It is a really special place with an atmosphere of serenity unlike anywhere else I've ever been (except maybe Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump). I recommend Lake Louse in February for the full effect.

Good Morning SS and Menuers,

Today is the last Robotics Club after school and I am stoked! I will never sign up for this again. It's supposed to rain/snow/sleet/freezing rain tonight into tomorrow so I am hoping for a two-hour delay in the morning! Nothing like a two-hour delay on a Friday!

QOTD #1 - I was never a big cereal fan so I don't really have a favorite cereal. It's a texture thing.

QOTD #2 - I've always wanted to run the Disney Princess half marathon before I was 50. I turn 50 in a month... not going to make it. I guess I'd like to make it to my goal weight, but I am not even sure what that is.

1 year and almost 1 month out and 159 pounds this morning.

B: 2 slices of turkey bacon and a fried egg

MS: PP chocolate shake

L: 3 ounces deli turkey, 1-ounce provolone cheese, 1/2 avocado and red onion with Paul Newman light Italian dressing and blackberries

AS: 1 clementine and 1 cheese stick

D: chicken chipotle salad - something quick since I will be at school until 5!

Lots of water and all my vitamins.

I have been slacking on the exercise wagon - jumping back on January 21st but I am still completing the plank challenge I signed up for. That is hard.

Happy Friday Eve!

Edit to Add: On October 23, 2017 I weighed 259 pounds today after teetering back and forth for weeks, I can finally say I weigh 159. 100 pounds lost! I am so glad I kept track of my weight even when it was ugly so I can reflect on where I have come.
