Good Morning! Daisy, I would love to see a pic of your Orchids if you have one. I have an Orchid at my desk at work and one at home. Both do not have blooms right now and since these are my first ones I don't know if they are doing well or not (the leaves are green).

Good morning menu peeps! Lily and I did 3.5 miles in the snow this morning and my legs are killing me. Half the walk we were the first to push through the drifts. It was a good workout! QOTD I kill any plant I come near. My son has a greenthumb and grew endangered orchids from Hawaii in college--he didn't get that from me! Accountability was spot on even with mini pumpkin and apple pie in the house. Weight was 124.4 today. Heres the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and homemade cashew butter L 3/4 c chili D 4 oz cheddar brat(no bun for me!)Ssm apple with 1 T cashew butter. Have a great hump day everyone! Time for coffee!

Had my counseling session this morning. I took Misty with me. I don't think she is feeling good today. She had an accident in the car and it was runny. She's been sleeping ever since we came home. I'll just keep an eye on her.
Accountability I thought I did good for eating out last night at Logan's, 500 calories over for the day.

Hi Everyone
Having a very tired day. Haven't been sleeping as well as usual the last few nights so I swam hard yesterday and put in over a mile in laps (I normally do about .7 or .8) in hopes it would help me sleep better but I had no such luck. So today I'm tired at sore. Haha
Acountability: good yesterday. Changed a few things but on Plan and appropriate amounts.

Good morning everyone~ I'm back at work today but in a super bubble type fog of tiredness. I hope it clears so I can get back to normal cause I have a lot of work to catch up on today. The owners of the home we live in want to move back and yesterday we received a 60 day notice to move. This is good news/bad news in that we can move closer to my work, but we will still be renting w/3 dogs and a cat which we were trying to avoid by buying later this year but we just aren't quite there yet. I was hoping it would be our last move, but it looks like 2 more...I hate moving.
QOTD - I am a fabulous cook! In my opinion, there isn't much I can't make better than I get out at a restaurant which makes going out less appealing. I don't cook very often anymore. I miss the eating part so it robs me of the pleasure :( I used to have a green thumb but I don't know what happened! I have a few plants that are just surviving, lol.
Accountability - I didn't eat much, and I'm also not drinking enough

QOTD- The only plants I've had success with are orchids. Mostly they thrive on neglect, and can't take over watering. Plus I have a small sunroom that faces north and they love it. I did have a gardenia plant that I kept alive for over a year, but they take too much work, so it too succumbed. Sorry to say it was the 3rd one I killed. So I'm giving up on them, they smell so good when they bloom.
Awful day yesterday, my surgeons office was good with my weight loss. But concerned that my blood pressure was high 175/89 and normally I'm about 100/60. So I need to get it rechecked.
I need a new job, the stress at this one is killing me. I need to not let it get to me, but it does. I need to take some time off, because I can't keep doing this. But if I don't work I don't get paid, so vacation is not in the future.
Accountability was bad yesterday, but I'll do better today.
