Morning everyone~ Sorry you are still suffering Daisy - I wish there was something they could do to ease your pain. I had a rough night last night. I was in the bathroom for hours dry heaving/retching and throwing up foam. Has anyone had this happen? I had other issues also, but that is nothing new. I don't know why this happened. Anyway I'm exhausted so I'm home today which is just as well since it's super windy/stormy out a nice day to hunker down and rest. Oh my, I can hear Rob retching right now, is it a bug or something we ate? Good Lord.

QOTD - I saw my surgeon at almost 2 years out and he we was satisfied with my PCP blood work and didn't need to come back? My surgeon is leaving the practice and he knows I am taking care of myself but still it seemed weird. My PCP is well known in my area for massive blood draws for every possible test and follows up on everything that isn't perfect - he's great. I was bothered that my PCP was concerned about some results and my WLS didn't seem to care, so I'm fine with only going to my PCP unless something WLS related happens I guess.

Thanks, Kelly. He already feels better so not nearly as bad or long as me -he is up, showered and now working. Meanwhile, I'm laying on the couch still in my pj's and haven't bothered brushing my hair!

I was reading a couple of days ago that this is so far a bad year for norovirus ("stomach flu"). Maybe that's it? I haven't had it in a long time - but it usually just lasts a day with me.

Other than being tired it seems to be over, thankfully but man that was awful!

My old PCP was concerned because my ferritin # was very high, whereas my bariatric center was completely unconcerned, as they knew it would most likely begin to drop - which it did.
