Jen
hi all
feeling a bit better- taking tylenol flu and cold and it seems to be helping.
QOTD: I sleep worse and my anxiety has increased worse. I'm trying to stay away from pharma drugs but have been taking cbd oil for the past 3 weeks and that seems to be helping. When I can't sleep I have a habit of going into the kitchen and eating $#$ I shouldn't be. so been working on that.
Zooey is a little puny for the past 3 days of barfing and diareah so I'm starting her on probiotics for doggies today and she has been eating plain turkey. If not better I'm taking her to vet this weekend.
Food for today:
prot pancakes
coffee
water
coffee
turkey
chicken breast something /veg for dinner time (got at target)
Good Morning Daisy,
Glad to hear you are feeling a little better. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you're back to normal soon.
QOTD: I actually think I sleep a little better than before. It might have something to do with me not waking up sweating in the middle of the night and needing to turn off the heat lol
Accountability: Ok...so I didn't just eat off plan yesterday. I threw the plan in the garbage, got it back out, stabbed it with a knife, ripped it up, taped it back together, and burned it breakfast, lunch, and snack were good, but then came about 4:30 and I was picking up my daughter from daycare and I started thinking about how I really didn't want to put the effort into cooking baked chicken breast. Also, DH had gotten a pizza the night before and I knew there was still some in the refrigerator. After everything was said and done, I ate: 3/4 a bag of popcorn, 1 slice of stuffed crust pizza with ranch dipping sauce, 2 cheese raviolis, a bite of lasagna, 3 peanut butter filled chocolate cover cookies, 2 andes mints, and half a can of Pepsi. The worst part? This isn't the first time this has happened. I feel like I am officially back on the merry go round. I lose a few pounds, binge, gain it right back, rinse and repeat.
I don't know guys.

Haley,
I feel you. I have the same malady. That's how I became MO. Feast and famine. Be very careful because it's a slippery slope. I feel like it's like alcoholism, once you fall into it and do it and think tomorrow I'll do better you have already started the vicious circle. I speak from experience because I have done it. The more distance (time wise) you put between you and your last binge the better the control. Stay away from a binge like the plague.
